This reminds me so much of my childhood eating fresh mochi as a street food before going home from school. Back then mochi wasn't so fancy but I am so glad to see that it has been elevated to a culinary delight and artfully presented in gift boxes. For nostalgic reason, I would still prefer to eat mochi from street vendors and enjoy the hustle and bustle of hurried people stealing a moment of joy by eating mochi.

No wonder it is so expensive by the time it’s transported over seas! I just appreciate all the effort that goes into making those tasty little balls🥰

Прикольно: сначало намочить, потом отжать, потом снова намочить, потом распарить. По итогу получить тесто и чем нибудь сдобрить, иначе будет безвкусная каша.

Очень познавательно, но не могу сказать, что мне хочется всё это попробовать, потому, что не понимаю даже, к каким видам блюд относятся эти произведения. К десертам, или основному блюду, либо к закуске. Но мне понравился сам процесс, очень трудоёмкий,длительный, плодотворный.

По сути, это работа с рисовой мукой, доведённой до состояния рисового крахмала, с последующим его загустеним. Похоже на обычный, очень крутой кисель приготовленный на пару. А дальше,использования этой массы, в зависимости от идеи конечного блюда.

You can occasionally find frozen mochi in specialty grocery stores. They are in with the special ice cream desserts. They come in mostly the common flavors of ice cream. It is ice cream with mochi surrounding it. They are absolutely delicious! Hope you are able to find some. We have them here in Ohio. I was able to try them from the source in Korea and they are absolutely my favorite treat.

Никогда бы не подумала, что муку делают из мокрого риса. Это настоящие моти, как я понимаю, аутентичные. Совсем не то, что подают в наших кафе. Муку просто заливают сахарным сиропом и заваривают при низкой температуре и все, никаких красителей и добавок и кусочков фруктов внутри, заварили, замесили, однородную начинку внутрь залепили, обваляли в панировке и подали. И все.Интересно, но на наш вкус, наверное, будет пресновато, маловато вариаций внутри. Хотя попробовать стоит, приготовлю так, попробую. Жаль, что по панировке нет информации в видео,мысль обваливать в панировке мне нравится больше, чем красить тесто и обваливать в крахмале, надо поискать информацию по панировке и начинкам поразвернутее.А отварные моти? Это ж просто заваренная рисовая мука в виде паровой булочки в панировке, то есть просто тесто в панировке или в бульоне, как пельмень без начинки. И сюдя по всему это не сладкие моти, идут в суп, как галушки. Галушки и есть, только китайские рисовые, тянучие, полусырые. Ой, вряд ли это нашим глянется. 😂Но интересно, попробую, Классное видео,спасибо.Минус только один, когда смотрю, как моти в кафе лепят без перчаток, хочется спросить, ой, а вы руки мыли? 😅

я пробовала моти десерт,вкусно,там тончайшее тесто и начинка комбинированная с фруктами ,очень нежная, не знаю ,правда,чье производство,но покупали замороженные, в холодильнике нужно было 2 часа выдерживать-размораживать....

Gotta be a way to keep those orange buckets off the floor in all that drainage. Once they pick the buckets up the droplets on the bottom of the buckets drip into the mixture. No telling what it’s picking up…🤢 especially if people are walking around in there.

要控制水量 磨完的米漿水量不定 蒸完有的軟有的硬 先把水完全弄乾 再加入特定量的水 才能保證品質穩定
