Extreme Travel Afghanistan - Would You Dare To Do This In Kabul? 🇦🇫

Inside Taliban-Controlled Afghanistan 🇦🇫 Since I started to travel and explore Asia, Afghanistan has always been my dream country. The movies I have watched and the books I have read about Afghanistan have built dreamy expectations in my head of the country that I would not be able to experience anywhere else.
My visit did not disappoint - Afghanistan was time travel from bustling & unorganized bazaars, street shaves, same clothing in different colors, no brands, magnificent landscapes, and the bravest people with the biggest hearts of hospitality.
In my trip, we covered Mazar-i-Sharif, Kabul & Bamyan.
Visiting Afghanistan is a sensitive topic for many people. As in any country I go to, the main objective is to share the day-to-day life and spotlight the ordinary people that the mass media fail to capture. No matter how you feel about my trip, here is my summary.
Despite facing significant challenges, Afghanistan has many positive aspects that deserve recognition: diverse landscapes, rich history, warm hospitality, delicious cuisine, resilient people, and more!
Safety:
This was the biggest concern of many people I have talked to, and naturally, that has been the main worry when you enter a war-torn country over the last 40 years. With the takeover of the Taliban, the country is much safer than before; at least no conflicts are going on.
My Persian surname, which is the same as the current supreme leader of the Taliban, my cultural background, being a man with a +3 years long beard, and looking like one of the locals do not qualify me to talk about safety much when it comes to being a tourist. I had a significant advantage, considering the above.
Disclaimer: This is not a travel advisory. Afghanistan has a government that has not been recognized by any country, with no embassies and international relations. I am a professional traveler who explored the country with an organized guide.
0:00 - Exploring Bazaar;
8:18 - Getting into minor trouble with the Taliban;
16:03 - Looking for a street shave;
19:47 - Street shave in Kabul.

    I’m of afghan decent but have never been to Afghanistan. But I have heard from friends and family living in the country that they’re finally happy and feel safe. A number of friends have also gone back to visit the country with young children and have had the best experience and felt safe. I truely believe our Country will prosper and stay safe InshAllah. We have to give Taliban a chance. (Not like we have a choice anyways). We can’t rely on foreigners to run our country as they please.

    Thank you Davud for your kindness and videos. As an American I hope people understand that not all of us supported our president and the decision to invade Afghanistan. However some did. It is like all countries, including Afghanistan, some dislike their leadership and some like it. No country should tell another country how to rule. If the people don't like it, that is for them to make a change. I see many women in your videos wear burqa, Niqab even just hijab. Maybe the Taliban is not as bad as some media shows. The only thing I don't get...why would they not want woman to be educated? In Islam a woman should see women doctors and can only see men in emergency. I would think Taliban would want educated women for this.❤

    As an Afghan can confirm that maybe Daud bro your style and close resemblance to Afghans made the Taliban into thinking 🤔 about your identity and that’s one of them asked about your documents and then proceeded not to check, but it’s normal there in Afghanistan to be asked about documents by Taliban (military) due to the ISIS threat, I wish you a happy stay in Afghanistan 🇦🇫

    This was amazing! Thank you for taking me with you. The Middle East has always fascinated me. The people are so kind and interested. Thank you for being so generous to everyone. They definitely deserve it. As a woman I just wish the government wouldn’t have gone backwards on them. They are equally as valuable to Afghanistan.

    As an American I wish the Taliban and the Afghan people luck and much prosperity for their future....Americans are finally realizing to believe the exact opposite of what the media spoon feeds us....we are the last people on the planet to tell other countries what's wrong and right considering what goes on currently in our country with our so called democracy

    This is why an American should just sit back and worry about your own country If you really want to know about a country, try to contact someone from that country and ask him or her (oops sorry if you use some other pronouns but idc), not some tourist Also look at how many women are outside in his vlogs

    There are videos of this river where the Talibans cleaned it up and encouraged people to keep it clean, but I guess the people don't care about the cleanliness of their city. It's a shame because the government can do only so much, unless they come hard on those that pollute the city, but then the people will start crying and claim cruelty, and all the other bs.
