I know it’s so incredible I found out about them at the beginning of the year and I fell in love im 14 years old and I love them so much Nuno is amazing and he’s my guitar hero honestly and Gary’s vocals are so wild they’re all so amazing and the new album is absolutely killer ❤️🤘🔥🔥

Gary is the ONLY Van Halen singer able to sing every Van Halen song. He can sing Dave's, Sammy's and his own era. He was amazing live with them.

Despite being the current/former lead singer of two of the greatest rock bands of all time, Gary is still a humble decent normal guy. Incredible that he and Nuno can stay so humble in the face of such well-deserved adulation. We should all soak up, breath in and savour their genius because it doesn't come around very often.

I’m 15 years old and I absolutely love extreme Nuno is my guitar hero and he inspires me to learn and play and Gary’s vocals are just insane it’s wild they’re all absolutely incredible people and so good at what they do the new album is killer !!!! Been a huge fan of Extreme’s since the very first album. III Sides to Every Story will forever be my desert island. Great interview, Jeff…I appreciate how you let your guests answer questions in full, without interruption. 👍🏻

I just listened to and watched the videos two days ago and my mind is blown away. Gary is singing like Chris Cornell and his dancing is smooth. So bad ass! Nuno and his guitar. The songs are fun and make you feel cool just playing them. Wow! The slow songs are amazing. I can't stop listening to Six. A+

Maybe people hear these songs & just know it's genuine, it's real & we LOVE it!!! 🤷 I can only speak for myself, am sick of most stuff coming out that i hear, sorry to say. Between all the formulated & predictable music, vocals, lyrics & production of most current pop & rock, y'all are just standing out like the rockstars you are 🤩

It's amazing to see how far people of the same era progress in their own exclusive lives. I still remember a Boston Harbor booze cruise where I believe Gary may or may not have shaved his eyebrows off. I was pretty wired up on booze and the candy of the day, but I believe that was the case. He was one of the most entertaining acts I've ever seen as was the band The Dream. Paul Geary's girlfriend, Janine, at that time, turned me on to the band. We worked together, so she knew I played drums and loved good rock. We saw the band several times in the 80s including at the Channel in Boston. It's sobering to realize how quickly life goes by but refreshing knowing we've matured through the years to have made it this far. Gary is 61 and I am 60, so we're relatively close in age. He's a fantastic vocalist and an upstanding man. The new album is #1 on my list as it stands. Thank you, Gary, for bringing life, peace, happiness and joy to a world so much in need. I wish you all the success in the world. Funny hearing Gary mention clubs Narcissus and Celebrations, two clubs I had been to a few times myself.

Cool interview. As a reactor to some of the videos from "Six" and a life long fan of Extreme, I have to say Nuno did a fabulous job of putting this album together as well. Each instrument and all the vocals sound amazing, the best I've ever heard Extreme sound. He really captured the sound of the band and that is also another reason these videos and songs are being reacted to differently than some other albums in the past. Just my opinion.

He's so grounded. I like him.

Such a gentleman, down on earth

Some great bands have had massive career resurgences. Extreme now joins that club. I was a fan when they were big in the late 80's/early 90's. I never dreamed they would come back 23 years into the new century and put out such quality material. Very happy for them.

I am a fan since since 1989 when I got their first album and learned their songs on guitar. After the next Pornograffiti album they got their break, but now they are getting a whole new fanbase again with "Six". Well deserved Gary, Extreme did it again!

Interesting to hear. I was actually surprised by how much Nuno sings lead on the album. The eclecticism on the album kinda reminded me of Nuno's solo work. Do love the new album.

Great interview! Gary's one of the best underrated frontmen. Love just how damn down to earth and humble this guy is ...makes you relate better! He's aged more gracefully than most frontmen of his time. Loved Extreme as a kid in the early 90 s. Saw em live this summer...holy crap, they were incredible!!!
