Hi, Doesn't your CPU support HT(Hyperhreading)? Do you have the hyperthreading option in bios enabled, or see 2 cpu in windows task-manager? or you are stuck as am i without any HT? (I have the same mother board an CPU as you) And I know for shure (at least on paper) that this MB and CPU support HT but I don't seem to get the option in bios. Please verify this for me as I want to be sure that it is a MB problem or do I have to update my bios (mine is V3.0). Cheers.

BTW nice job on overclocking, unfortunately for me, my PSU is 350W(same MB and CPU) and when ever i go past 144 FSB, system is unstable and freezes at random.(The speed of 2.4 is ok for me as this is a secondary PC used only for web an skype).

what is your multiplier mine is 15 and run my P4E from 3.00 to 3.600

how The f**k are you running 44 C im loading 66-67 on FULL Load and 50 atidel stock from 3.0 ghz to 3.6 but from time to time i get a little thermal throteling
