Saw them in Dallas this past weekend and 🔥🔥!! Gary can sing and dance like no time has passed. Nuno is perfection!

This IS the best version of this song! Killer melodic guitar 🎸 solo! Nuno can definitely bend those guitar string!

It’s crazy how underrated this band is . I had a poster on my wall in 89 because I loved Nuno’s playing even then. The growth between this album and Pornograffiti is astonishing. Nuno is still rocking today so all those Rhianna fans can hear how to play an electric guitar!! ❤

awesome band but always thought the song more than words was a good and bad thing for them. They really had a lot of exposure because of it but on the other hand that's the only song that they are known for now. Think it kind of put them in a box that they could never get out of but just my opinion

It's amazing how different this is from the CD version! Still ROCKS like a mo-fo though!!

Gary's voice is still on fire, and he has the same or more energy in 2023. Nuno is simply the best, Pat and Paul were the perfect groove section. Kevin keeps the classics solid and brings some awesome chops to the new stuff. So happy these guys are still making art, keeps us older fans feeling young.

This is different than the album cut. It’s great to hear a different version from the same time period that I didn’t know existed!

Extreme are a fantastic mix of wonderful lyrics and also brilliant sounds from a range of guitars ,drumming, and the brass section and the beautiful harmonies of the lead singers , who I don’t know your names, I’ve just discovered you because of your song , More than Words it is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard, you remind me of Queen in the early days , I am a 69 year old man in the UK who has just become a fan,

Awesome! This must be a video they did for their demo of the song. Anyone else notice how different the song is on this video compared to the album version and the later video. I was into Extreme WAAAY before they got popular with More than words and Hole-Hearted. Being a guitarist I knew right away how badass Nuno was. Their latest DVD Take Us Alive is incredible and I recommend it to anyone who digs guitar driven rock.

I had a compilation cassette of up and coming bands in the 80s that my mum got when she bought a U2 record as a bundle. It had this song on it and was the only song I could remember off it but didnt know who made it. So I put what lyrics I could remember in Google and it was Extreme! This version too! Great song. I was about 8 then.. 42 now.

thesantiso I said bands with TALENT first , whether or not you like this style of music you simply can´t deny they´re talented musicians , Nuno wrote some great leads and harmonies , i said looking different was part of the style ´cause it simply adds more fun to Rock music in general , bands like Kiss and Alice Cooper come to mind right now , i don´t know about that looking gay thing , ´cause gay people dress in a variety of styles and i couldn´t care less if they´re gay or not . Also the clothes you wear don´t make you less of a man or woman , our money and rights have been stolen for ages by people wearing suits and short hair

I like this song as soon as I heard it in 89. It was their next record, specifically, get the funk out, that was a masterpiece. The guitar solo on GtFO is imo, the greatest solo ever recorded. I know, big praise. It just technically incredible, fits the song so well and flows with soul. There are a TON of songs out there where the solo does not fit the song. Especially during this era. Some guys were just trying to impress with speed. Nuno has to be top 3 of living guitar players right now.

Very different version than the album or the radio edit of this song. Solo was different, different guitar fills, cool though. Nuno is the shit, no one touches him. There had to be another "Eddie Van Halen" to come along, different that the Yngwies or Vais or whomever. Someone good enough to bridge the gap of shred and hooky songs, Nuno is that dude. He's one of the guys that you can hear all the influences in his playing, without it sounding like he's a clone or plagiarizing their playing style. Not to mention, he can rip like any other virtuoso that's come along, before or since. And bonus, he's a good, humble dude, I've met him a couple times and he remembers people's names and what they do. He deserves everything a Rockstar should get.

Compared to the version recorded in the officially released debut album Extreme, this Pv version has a more realistic feeling as if you were listening to a live performance, and each member's performance is vivid, so this is a rock band. That's why it's transmitted. As a fan, I have a feeling that I wanted this PV version to be included in the debut album.

Peccato averli scoperti e approfondito molto tardi. Però, evidentemente, è stato il momento giusto. Non devo avere rimpianti. In fondo, il destino mi ha fatto un regalo davvero sorprendente che non è detto si possa avere anche solo una volta nella vita. Mi auguro ardentemente di rivederli ancora quest'anno e di ripetere un'altra serata come quella dell'anno scorso.
