I agree! I do wish the table was a bit larger because I love the look of it.

The second version brought in more of the colonial New England feel. The green brought out the beautiful woodwork, I wasn't sure about painting the ceiling but I loved it. It elevated the room. Great idea!

AMAZING!!! Of course I watched the entire video. I just can't get over how you set just the right music for each portion of the video. Now I'm at minute 22 and you're going over each placemat with just the right timing as you waltz over each one. You are so creative!!! And of course the room is wonderful. I feel like I've been 'transported'. Continued Blessings! PS Well I like both tables but you're right, the second definitely looks more 'old world'...

I have the same colour of green in my living room and dining rooms. Have an accent wall in each room that is a cream colour. Must say I love it! Do have to repaint it sometime soon, since we’ve had the colour for 10 years, needs a sprucing up! lol! I love how you thrift, or buy nothing new! I feel the same way! I think things were made to last, especially furniture, back then. I love the colour scheme and the things you have gotten over the years to redecorate. It’s exactly what I do, as well. And if I no longer want it, I simply sell it on e bay, or give it to my charity shop ( similar to a goodwill shop in England).

I always get a smile when I see you have posted. I know that it was a big step to do green. But it turned our great. Your stagging is on cue. I am a Danish blue girl. But your music sounds like my Son In Law. He is from Dublin , Ireland . So It made me miss them. I really like the second table. I can see it is a little small. But it looks good. I love the color I also like the Behr paint I find it to be very durable. I love the color scheme, Everything turned out beautiful your home is very pleasing and cozy. I love the wood table it fits better than the white due to the chair you have next to the fireplace. I think what is throwing me off is the rug, I feel it needs to have some colors of blue and green in the pattern. Maybe it does but it does not show on here. Cannot wait to see the next project. Love that you are adding a new addition to the family. Family is everything.

What a lovely difference! I have Benjamin Moore’s Herbs de Provence painted almost everywhere except the bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s a sage green and I love it. I find green to be very calming. Great colour choice in your dining room, it’s beautiful!🇨🇦👏🇨🇦

Like everyone else... the 2nd wooden table feels more authentic to your home and this room. Love the green paint. It feels very calming and cozy. I don't know why, after watching so many of your videos... that I just noticed the gorgeous dark wood built in next to the arched opening. Where have I been??? Behr is my favorite brand and I have painted my master bedroom and bathroom in green. It is a pretty sage green with a rose border at the top (which I painted). 😊 The rose border colors are white with highlights of pink and lowlights of dark green. 😊. Your dining room is lovely! 😊❤. P.S. I loved the second version.❤
