well, as someone who IS claustrophobic, I had a real hard time watching this LOL . . .

That’s virtually the definition of claustrophobic.
How awkward would it be to bump into people going the other way.

There's a set route and your only supposed to go around the one direction. But yah that would be awkward

Beautiful. Terrifying. Awesome. Equal parts "yes please" and "nope, thanks". Cool hike and great video as always, Xander.
I got so excited and legit started jumping in my chair, seeing that Xander Bander uploaded a new video. It's a real treat to follow you along and share a little part of your adventures. Please don't stop making videos! Thank you!

All those angles must've taken forever setting up and going back and forth. Amazing work as always.
Wow, that was intense for someone like me with claustrophobia. I was worried about ya there for a minute. Even though I'd never go through something like that, it sure is a beautiful spot in this country ✌️🙌
I actually had to fast forward through part of this because I felt claustrophobic. what a strange feeling. you're a brave soul Xander. You do take chances that I wish you wouldn't though. enjoy life and stay safe my friend.
Hey Xander, first of all amazing content as always, then i wanted to suggest a video idea that might please a lot of us, I'm talking about a video of your prep for the longer adventures, like the 10 days in the winter, meal prep, gear, planning, this kind of stuff, I think it would be really cool and helpful for us :)

And dehydrating your meals. Like do you just put your loose chili on the dehydrated ??
Really happy i found your channel. I struggle with my mental health, and when my depression takes hold, i have a tendency to want to disappear in to the wilderness. With a wife, 2 kids and a full time job, I cant really do that, but your videos allow me to have the experience vicariously. I hope one day to follow your path on some of these adventures!
Ha, I can only imagine trying to film yourself through those tight squeeze canyons! As a tv producer I really appreciate the extra effort to get the shots! Not to mention how many scratches you probably got on your gear...and yourself! Thanks for the video!
Wow. I held my breath Scarrrry! Brave guy. 🙌. Awesome video. Thanks for taking us along💐
Man-o-man, this triggered my claustrophobia. I almost had a panic attack in my own living room. The outdoor cooking, calmed me down.
WoW!!! Brave soul hiking through the canyon. Amazing video, thank you for the comfortable arm chair views
Never, EVER, would I have gone in there! I just about lost it, just watching you. Hats off to you for your spunk!
Crazy stuff, I'm slightly larger than you so I would get stuck and die down there.
I live in Northern Arizona on the Navajo Nation & these parts of the Southwest are so familiar & spectacular! The landscapes are panoramic and sacred. I am enjoying your visit and watching your adventures with excitement. Enjoy & be safe.
Xander's videos are Food KZread masquerading as wilderness KZread. I am HERE for it.
This brought back some crazy memories for me! My parents took me and my siblings down there and we hiked PeekaBoo and Spooky slot canyons. I remember it getting reeeaally sketchy and I don’t know how my parents kept their cool getting all of us young kids through but we made it through!

You have cool parents! What a blast you must’ve had!
The cinematography/filming of this vlog felt like 127 hours sketch ! Great video as always
Such a cool and spooky place! How beautiful it is. Those fries were beautiful, too. Cattle were a little rude. You knew they were cattle, right?😊 Thanks again for taking us along.
I live in Denmark, it doesn’t get any more flat than that 😄 I love going on these hikes by the magic of KZread and your effort 🙏

This guy's nuts. Keeping the camera and again going through the same place. Only respect 🙏🙏
I think it's the combination of how curvy it is (unable to see fare ahead or behind) and those little bumps on the walls that make it feels so much worse for me. I'm not claustrophobic, but there definitely is a touch of unease watching this. Awesome video as always
I so envy you Xander. My life is dogshit and it feels like I'll never be happy again. But watching videos like this reminds me that there are things worth working towards. Thank you for making these videos Xander.
Welcome to my state, Xander. I'm 40 and it has never ceased to amaze me when I go exploring
‘Why did I pack a lunch’ ‘This is a choose your adventure sausage’ 😂❤
Today I learned Xander has the power to speak with animals.
The cow part was funny. I like your sense of humor 😄
9:50 fancy sauce, mm yes quite. pinky came out and everything 😂😂
Xander: Hey guys, watch me traverse this narrow canyon! Claustrophobia: Hold my drink
"🎶Dumb ways to die 🎶" rolling through my head as I desperately gasp for breathe the whole time lol So glad you made it out of there! Thanks for sharing this adventure 🥰
wicked video bro appreciate the time and effort you put into them im not sure if people know but you had to place the camera down and re walk the narrow gully epic work
Xander it’s exciting to know that you’re experiencing a new environment and I can’t wait to experience the adventures this trip will present. It’s always enjoyable to see you actually being human and experiencing claustrophobia! Please note that the only viable contribution to food in Utah is Fry Sauce.
Narrowed off quite a bit in the canyon there Xander..! Great vlog, appreciate the efforts always. Cheers mate.
Man I love these videos. I'm from Toronto and I love all your canoe/camping videos, but these are on another level. Camping in that setting is amazing and I hope you do more out of province. I still love Ontario though and always will.
The "let's set this thing up" chop was right on point. Impressive, but we do not grant you the rank of Master.
Oh my goodness!! My heart was beating so fast like I was there!!! Those camera angles were amazing!!!
Thank you, Xander, for 11 minutes of SHEER TERROR. To be fair, I knew what I was getting into and watched anyway.
That is a crazy & beautiful hike. You did look a bit concerned at times as I think I would have been as well. Nate
Man these videos are hitting home…literally. I MISS HOME!
Life is extremely hard right now. Lost my job, went from making 45$ an hour to 18$ an hour, bills are still based around that 45$ income. Working 160 hours a pay period to try to stay on top of things. Got cheated on and am finding myself exiting a 5 year marriage with a two year old son. Moved into my own place. Life is extremely quiet, and I can’t really get out to enjoy the mountains which I relied on to make me happy, so these videos allow me to get out in a way. Things will get better as long as I keep moving forward, I appreciate the content, showing off places without shoving ads down our throats. Your great, keep up the awesome content. While I may not be able to afford it at the time being or have the time, i can’t wait to get back out in the mountains.
Your trek through the narrows made my palms sweat. Excellent video, Xander, thank you. But brother, what unsociable cattle!
Such an amazing journey to follow. Thanks for bringing us along!
Freaking awesome Xander! And terrifying! Utah makes me think of the book the Monkey Wrench Gang - those canyons and gullies are so amazing. Glad you came out unstuck!
My anxiety was thru the roof during a few of those tight sections!! I would love to do it, but only if I knew there was a 1000% chance of coming out on the other side. Great stuff, as usual, Xander! Cheers!
I started mixing Mayo and ketchup when i was 7 years old cause i just thought to do it. I've always mixed stuff together I'm 45 and i still do it. I never knew it was a Utah thing. Sht i live in Florida. And i can't believe anyone would attempt to slip their way through that canyon. You're a true adventurer. Love your videos especially the winter camping in the extreme cold.
This looks so stressful and beautiful at the same time! Love your videos!
Kept me at the edge of my seat biting my nails the entire time through the narrow rocks!
Amazing video, Xander. The trip through that canyon was both beautiful and scary. Hope the change in scenery has been as exciting for you as it has been for us viewers! Cheers from Toronto!
Yes, my favourite type of notification! Love your channel Xander
Amazing, Glad you got out.💜
Aw man, the amount of anxiety I had watching you crawl through those narrow spaces 😅 glad you’re safe. Thanks for the vid!
Not in a million years would I do that! 😱😱😱 You are a brave soul Xander and as I ,mentioned to Max, thoughts on Aaron Ralston were racing through my head while you were in there. Thanks for jacking my heart rate up to 200 or so 😉 Be well, B

Wow that was very stressful for me ! 😂😂 Have you ever been asked to be on Alone? My armchair bushcraft self says I would bet on you! I really enjoy your videos and sense of humor! ❤️
I was actually thinking exactly the same thing as some of the previous comments, I see that you have a new video and I get excited to watch it because I’m super enjoying your newest adventures! Keep it up, and keep cooking some cool stuff, I love the food aspect too!
Utah! My favorite scenic state! Great trip Bud!!
Thats such a tight fir lol. I wouldn't be making it through that's for sure. Another amazing vid capturing another fantastic location. Xander as always thank for sharing. Looked amazing.
Xander! you scared me when you were in there! That Canyon is appropriately named, I kept expecting you to come around to some skeletons holding their cameras!
I would be literally screaming in sheer panic with full-blown claustrophobia. This was so difficult for me to watch. Fox bless you for being the brave soul that I am not.
so glad to see u enjoying my backyard!
WOW! Spectacular footage! Those canyons are wild!
Great video as always, thank you for sharing these journeys with us and inspiring many others to seek adventure on their own! You're a huge inspiration for me!

Just went to Kolob Canyon in Zion, Utah. Great place for just a day hike or a multiple day backpacking trip. Highly recommend it. Stunning rock features that I can’t even wrap my head around
That's a great trip its beautiful
Ketchup or tomato sauce and mayonnaise alongside with Garlic and onion powder makes a great seafood dipping sauce
Dude, the amount of work you had to do to get those shots...I'm always impressed but this one takes it to the next level.
That waa An amazing formation nothing. I would ever see in person but I appreciate that you pushed yourself through it so we could. Just incredible! Thanks so much enjoying your trip to the southwest. Blessings From the grandma in portland oregon.
You conveyed claustrophobic feelings perfectly!
Hey Xander ! You are extremely wonderful, thanks for these lovely landscapes.
Xander you kill me with your humour. Love it. Also my palms got so sweaty in the canyon... so well done on that one.
Enjoyed again Xander 😮
I know how hard is to capture good shots in canyons, amazing video Xander !
Dude love your videos!
It's so beautiful out there, the way nature has been shaped by the elements is amazing. I've stopped and asked cows for directions too, they're not the best at conversation 😅
lovely video man, keep with this great work
You are Inspiring Brother! Thanks for sharing these Awesome Adventures.
Had me saying "nope" quite a bit, but would give it a try at least once. Thanks for sharing Xander!
Xander at some point you can see the fear in your eyes.. You are crazy but exiting ❤

So claustrophobic!! Panic and anxiety were setting in as you went through there.
