You can buy teabags with moringa. Or make your own tea with 1-2 teaspoons of powder or a handful of leaves. Add to boiling water, reduce heat, let it steep for 5-10 minutes, sift and drink. 🫕

For purifying water: use dried seeds, remove coat of seed, grind to a fine powder. About 2 grams is enough for 20 liter contaminated water. Mix the powdered seeds with a little clean water to obtain a paste. Mix paste with contaminated water, stir vigorously for 1 minute, then 5- 10 minutes gently stiring, then let it rest for 1-2 hours. Impurities will coagulate and settle at the bottom. Pour through clean cloth or filter. The water is now clearer and safer to drink. However, it is recommended to boil the water after filtration to ensure complete disinfection. Using Moringa seeds for water purification is a sustainable and practical solution, particularly in regions with limited access to clean water. 👌 Love to hear back from you! 😊
