Hey, I'm a Hong Konger who's married to a beautiful lady from Purwokerto and i've been there twice but never been to the waterfalls. There's plenty of beautiful places to explore around Purwokerto indeed! Yep, i don't see that much westerners there but a bunch of asians once in a while. Central Java government needs to promote their places more often!! Even East java is pretty well known to foreign tourists but almost no foreign tourist knows about Central Java. i could have never known about this beautiful places in Central Java if i were not married to my wife from there!!! Sad but true. Anyway you got one subscriber from Hong Kong !!Cheers.

Thank you for visiting Baturraden. I am from Purwokerto and happen to frequently visit Baturraden. For the waterfall "Curug Telu," you have missed one spot in the complex, which is "Curug Lawang" or "Sendang Bidadari." People here often mention both names for the same place. The location is precisely when you first enter after the ticket purchase booth, on the left side of the stairs. I recommend visiting around 11-12 noon when the weather is clear. During this time, you can witness the small and incredibly beautiful waterfall illuminated by the sunlight, making the water appear greenish-blue. What makes it even more extraordinary is that the waterfall is inside a cave, but be cautious as the place is very slippery

Purwokerto is my Hometown and baturraden is my favorit place to visit for week end..❤❤❤... Years before pandemic, about 90's to 2000 there's foreign tourists form netherland that literally comes to baturraden, (usually on thursday) and then take a sight seeing tour package through jungles and tracking a village road which is very exciting.... And I'm used to be one of the local tour guide there.... i was still 18-19 y.o at that time..😊😊❤❤

Theres so many place like this in Indonesia. Most of them most visited at weekend. tourist (local) prefer stay at city center in Purwokerto, then do day tour by car or motorcycle. More fun rather than stay in Baturraden area.

i suggest you that after baturaden you can visit Dieng plateau in wonosobo,central of java,you can enjoy beautiful natural view, lake,waterfall,volcanic crater,ancient temple,huge vegetable plantation,cheap and delicious local food, that place quite close from purwokerto.

I'm from Purwokerto, for all those who don't know Purwokerto. Purwokerto is a city near from Jogjakarta. And the city is kinda similiar with Jogjakarta. Because there are so many University here also there are some beautifull place in Baturaden such as waterfall, ricefield (so it's a little bit cold here), don't worry also there are modern area in Purwokerto such as Mall, coffeshop, and culinary is still cheap.. you can also go to beach near from Purwokerto in Cilacap or Kebumen (Menganti Beach). Thanks for exploring Purwokerto/Baturaden guys. I hope the tourism sector in Purwokerto will rise and be known to foreigners with your videos 🙌🏻

Baturraden is very nice place to hang out. What she is eating is called 'mendoan' in Purwokerto (local food, fried tempe with flour). Purwokerto is also a nice launching point to go to other destinations in central Java. Cilacap (with beaches, and Nusa Kambangan island whereby heavy criminals are jailed, can be accessed by boat from Cilacap beach) is just 2 hours away by bus. Dieng highland (with beautiful temples, beautiful lakes, and beautiful mountains) is accessible from Wonosobo (3 hr drive from Purwokerto). Jogjakarta also 4 hr drive (can use the luxury bus Efisiensi). Enjoy your stay.

Visit Ambarawa, where there is a museum of Indonesian railway history and the natural scenery is very beautiful. After that you can go to DIENG, and lastly visit the Capital of Central Java, Semarang, a beautiful and fun city for culinary tourism. You can include Karimun Jawa Island in your travel itinerary

indonesia is a hidden paradise on earth......it consist of 17,000 islands...every island has its unique.....I could suggest both of you, never leave Indonesia until you achieve to get 500K subscribers at least......but, Indonesian people are the true beauty, the others just bonuses......you have to make a lot of interaction with local people........have nice days in Indonesia !!!......

U can visit to Curug 7 to ,its beatifull waterfall with hot water ,u can feel the nature call your soul in there curug 7 is top visited when u travel on baturaden ,its most experience on there ,curug 7 different with curug 3 ,curug 7 is hot waterfall 🙂

In the 90s it was a very famous stop for Europeans,every day 2-3 busses overnight there for 2 nights...nowadays most of the tourist take the train from Bandung direct to Yogya, that's why there are less foreigners than before. It is a pity as the surroundings of Baturraden are beautiful...and so many treks from there to Ketenger, Mount Selamat etc
