Question, why don't Bjork's kids have her last name? Then again they are not Latino. We Latino folks have both father and mother last names.

Björk doesn't have a family name. She is Guðmunsdóttir which means daughter of Guðmundur as her father is called Guðmundur. This is the case for about 85-90 percent of Icelanders. Sindri's father does have a family name and it's Eldon so understandably he has that name.
