In today's episode, we soak into the calmness of this quaint little not so popular village named Mawlyndun which is around 8 km away from Pynursula town. Post witnessing a beautiful sunrise and visiting the village, we pack up to head to our next destination - Mawlynnong. With a little detour at Pynursula town to fix our bike, withdraw cash, and refuel, we head towards Mawlynnong. We reach Mawlynnong around 4 pm and post a late lunch, head to visit the nearby Riwai Single Living Root Bridge which in our opinion wasn't that great as compared to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Cherrapunji.
We then checked in at a nearby homestay and wrapped up for the day by watching an amazing sunset from our homestay terrace :) Stay tuned to see more adventures from Day 11 in Mawlynnong.
