The little room off from the kitchen would be your kitchenette. Where you eat your daily meals. I think a nice breakfast nook would look nice instead of tables and chairs.

I don't think that odd room between the kitchen and dining room is a breakfast nook, mostly because there is a nook in the kitchen where the hanging blue light fixture is.

That small room is part of the pantry

I dig that staircase and handrail. I have a strong appreciation for the older, turn-of-the-century, Victorian homes . . . including the Richardsonian Romanesque style, Napoleon III style, and even Shingle and Stick style to a degree, but Queen Anne style architecture holds my true affinity. Regardless, that doesn't mean I can't appreciate more of a modern, art deco styled staircase and handrail.

Agree. In order to enjoy the house, I had to put the video on "mute". Duh, I could tell it was a fireplace, a stairwell, etc. I didn't need to be told.
