the thing is once you make to to the top. you have to work hader to stay there. you have people that work for you and if you do not get paid. they do not get paid. p.s. the upkeep on the mansion also gets very expensive.

I don’t understand how a house that has a sign that says no trespassing is unlocked. Anyone can walk in. That makes no sense.

I don’t blame homeless people for squatting, I’ve been there myself. But I do resent when they ransack the house for metal and other shit, or vandalize…art is welcome, but tagging to me is equal to a dog peeing territorially on everything…thing is I wholly believe in burning man tenements especially leave no trace of us when we leave. All of the vandalism and destruction doesnt do shit for anybody…and as a former addict, seeing that full syringe of dope…Idk people are so reckless these days. If I was out on the streets today I’d be dead so so quick. Things are so bad even in LA, like nice neighborhoods and all fentanyl has overtaken everything. This is just a reminder of the homeless issue, these houses stand empty while donations pour in and our city does nothing but argue where to house people. Not to mention people who don’t want to go to shelters for whatever reason. The delorian was cool, tho. Iwould watch a whole video just on that.

This is a monstrosity. A waste of space. I find it rude that nature was covered up with this concrete block. There's nothing beautiful about this place besides the view. Whomever designed it needs to be scolded. I wish you could have returned the hummingbird back to nature and saved it from that gray block of depression. Even if you just threw it into the trees. And you have to have a Drivers License as well So we pay ridiculous car insurance rates and then if you have to file a claim Your rates still go up IT’s SUCH A BS SCAM We are FORCED to have insurance That goes up for no reason Depending on your vehicle A nice Benz you pay $420 a month for full coverage insurance Then if you have an accident & file a claim your rates still go up to $500 a month Like WTH DO I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH THEN?!!!!

Car theft and illegals driving without insurance have made the insurance rates we Americans pay have gone haywire You can drive a 2016 Nissan Have no accidents & speeding tickets in over 5 Years and still pay $220 a month It’s disgusting

Hey dude. That gorgeous view overlooks the Hollywood Hills not Los Angeles. I know it's IN los Angeles but if you can see Los Angeles you would see downtown Los Angeles and also downtown Hollywood. And that house needs serious renovations. Everything I see in there is outdated especially for a house in the Hollywood Hills.

Owning a house that big seems like just headaches I wouldn't do it even if I had a bunch of money

Yeah, erosion is a thing. It can be very gradual. I feel like this house has foundation damage and that's likely why the remodel came to a halt.

In California, salvage vehicles are not legal to drive on the road until they have been properly repaired and inspected. After that process, the salvage title can be restored, and you can both insure and legally drive the car 👆🏻 from Google.
