I love going to Albufeira for holidays, one of my favourite places. Also another great place to visit not far away is the Adega do Cantor Winery in Guia, they have some fabulous wines.

Portugal is gorgeous and it was never on my bucket-list until I began watching your Portugal visits. Hi Chris and Carolina. so many lovely churches and the houses you you walked by in old town were so lovely and the flowers. I love the little cat shelter and feed home someone built, I find that very loving and caring. I see your mother is like Carolina, a cat whisperer and I find it cute and sweet. the beach views and drone footage as usual was incredible. Just love everything about the videos as it is always something new and looks so much like Greece along the coast. I went to Albufeira March 2020 and had the best time ever. Stunning views, cheap beer and food and the locals are so friendly

Great video. Loved the restaurant with the view. We've tried for the last 8 years in December but it's always been closed for the holidays. Albufeira is beautiful in the winter. Thanks for taking us around again when we couldn't go this time because of covid.👍

I was there in september last year and it was so sad to see so few tourists and everyone using masks, it was surreal. On the positive side, the beaches were not crowded.

2:50 Hi! So the part of the beach in front of you was Praia do Peneco or Túnel = Tunnel because you can access the beach through a tunnel downtown, and more to the left its called Praia dos Pescadores = Fishermans Beach, because that's where the fisherman would come in :)

Hi! The firts beach is "Praia dos pescadores" translates to "fiasher's beach", and piri-piri sauce is chilli sauce. Cool video! Too bad covid shut down most of the potential of Albufeira, but it can still be pretty nice

In the Algarve I think it's the only beach with an elevator, but in Sines, for example, you have an elevator as well. Although, last time I visited it, it was malfunctioning.

We've got everything crossed hoping we are going to able to travel by then. In the meantime, enjoying travelling with you via TV. By the way, how are you guys able to travel during this pandemic? Hello! We are heading to Algarve end of this month and have 2 places reserve one in Lagos and Albufeira. We are torn on which one to stay, family of 5 with teens and little kids. We want water activities and also a little of nightlife. I’ve watched your Lagos videos too and the beaches there look amazing!

Both places are great places to stay with a family. Albufeira has more British type pubs and bars,and a more agitated nightlife.

Gabriel Morris was telling me he loves using his wind slayer on his camera, that u recommended I get (and so, of course, I did). I said I thought it might block out my voice too and he said, no, that was the amazing thing about it. Thought about this right at the end of your video when it appeared windy but there was no wind noise and u were totally audible & clear. You must have yours on. Do you always have your wind slayer on? No reason to take it off? So long as you’re not in the water? Next year, 2022, you & Carolina plus 1?

Yeah I just keep it on all the time, have even been in pretty extreme winds and can hear the talking clearly, amazing really! Don’t think there will be the plus 1 yet haha

Chris, quick question (I'll watch the video later): when you record with the Go Pro do you delete old files on your micro SD cards and keep reusing the cards (that seems like it hasn't worked for me - don't know what I'm doing wrong but I keep having to buy more micro SD cards - I'll delete files after copying them on my hard drive but it doesn't seem to free up more space on the SD cards and/or bollix's the whole card). Or do you just keep buying more cards. Gets expensive after a while. Thanks

Hey mate, always delete and use the same cards. You must be doing something wrong because deleting them definitely frees up the space. How are you deleting them? I usually do it on the laptop but either way doing it with the GoPro should work also. As you said they are expensive so you definitely don’t want to buy new ones all the time
