Whats the security like when you own 168 acres of land? I would think you would need your own small army to keep the entire property safe. Seems like a hassle!!

It is where they had excavated for the barn but decided to sell instead! That is where one of the addditional structures can be created, someone even thought it would be a great site for a infinity pool and pool house

Wonder what the property taxes are.

For an Equestrian property, I didn't see a single horse, barn, stall, or paddock.

The excavated space next to the house was where the barn was supposed to go and we have plans for it, they just decided to sell before they finished it!

I would buy just to change the name

Yeah, me too. I’ll change it to Go Tigers Ranch (Auburn) and send photos of the changes to the gym to the previous owners 😂. BTW, I’m a Hurricane fan 🌀.
