The most expensive home in Utah is the Mower mansion in hobble creek canyon, built for an undisclosed amount, selling for 50 million.
I wish they wouldn’t go So Fast!!! I’d like to actually See something instead of just a blur of something!!! Slow down & actually show the house,. The video would be much better!!!

No-one will want to buy such an expensive property in a remote area where they will miss all modern day facilities and if the facilities are available then it will be more costly and time taking

Well it's the land for sure when it comes to the price but , 48 million is a ludicrous amount of money . the house is a an ordinary inefficient stick built with a lot of gaudy facades to cover put the lack of quality in the basic structure .

Buy the lamd, sell or demolish the home. That place looks terrible. Right across from one of the largest, dumpster fire for homes that's been on the market for 3 years. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same architect. Neither look like homes. They're overpriced resorts. The land is great. The houses are terrible.
