Beautiful home!!! Wish you would take more time filming, and get into more detail. Everything seemed to zoom by before a person could really grasp what they are looking at. You probably could have done at least a 1 hour video on this home.

I love everything about this home. The only thing I would change would be to replace the rebar with hand made wrought iron maybe with a twist or two.

The kitchen and bar was my favorite!

This may be one of my favorites that you have shown. Not too rustic, not too modern. Nice sweet spot with a lot of thought put into everything. The layout isn't exactly what I would go for, but impressive none the less. The drive through path to the peninsula is super epic. I bet they have some epic campfires back there.

This house is pretty amazing... There are a number of design elements I really like. The flow and color palette through out the house definitely have a 'professional' designers touch. Whoever was responsible for that, I want their input when it's time for me to design my timber home.

It's amazing and I love it! I would only add an expansive screened in porch & an elevator - so this could be a forever home - when mobility might become an issue. With those additions it would be PERFECTION and an absolute dream!

Beautiful home! Love the high ceilings and roof lines! Bathrooms, master bedroom and walk in closet are much smaller than I’d imagined! Overall it is incredibly nice! The owner must be very proud!

My favorite parts are the covered porch, floating shelves, stone accent walls throughout, heated floors, loft, detached garage, & the laundry room. Also, the powder room, tub, pantry, & raised sink. I think I just like everything about this place, except for the bar area.

This is exactly what I would love to have some day, just a little smaller so I might be able to afford it 😊. This is by far the nicest home you have shown. The blend between modern and rustic is just right so that you would never have to remodel in the future because it is already both of best worlds construction.

This is a beautiful home. I'm just not crazy about a TV so high over the fireplace. Also for me, not bring a drinker, I'd want no bar. I guess I'd want a media room and in the basement maybe a kitchenette or a dumb waiter to get stuff from the kitchen and maybe a small area for a fridge.

I love cedar scratch shakes. Those must be a composite because I don't think they are made anymore out of cedar unless someone in Canada still doing it. Those look great!

It is nice. I really like the covered outdoor space and detached garage without the breezeway. I also would have went with sliding pocket doors as opposed to the inside barn doors. My opinion is that barn doors belong to a barn.

Depends, Location, roof overhang length, tree protection, etc, etc probaly average every 4 to 5 years

The powder bathroom is nicer then the master bathroom. Still a very beautiful house love the material that where used and also the design

Yes we can!

Overall nice house. But master suite seems disproportionally small comparing to living space. The master bath and closet are tiny. Kitchen appliances should have gone with subzero/wolf/cove package, which will add a lot of value to the house than the viking does.

Lots of great features, but laundry room: the W/D need to fit back into the space, so the space should be designed to accomodate that. One cannot easily reach the shelf above the W/D either. So much attention to detail throughout to have overlooked this.

first floor and loft = just short of 2700 square foot then the walkout basement adds approximately 1800 finished

The crackling of a wood fireplace is nice, but I would rather have a gas fireplace it generates more heat and you don’t have to keep stocking up on the wood

Very good point. Many of our clients do both - wood burning on the main floor and gas elsewhere.

IMO, white walls are always a missed opportunity to pull some of the undertones from wood. The design choices in this interior look nice, but there is nevertheless a bit of sterility to it, in that even where there are natural materials, that offer organic textures, they are all heavily engineered and finished. I love the rebar. It’s nice, all in all, and would probably suit most people. But I prefer more risk with the design elements. There’s nothing here that you can’t find everywhere, in terms of the individual elements.

Beautiful house, however if the outside wood exposed to weather isn’t hardi plank or pvc I wouldn’t touch it. All wood, even pressure treated, eventually rots when exposed to weather. You’re looking at a lot of maintenance on the exposed outside wood on that house unless it’s hardi plank or pvc.

Wow, it's a beautiful home, no doubt, but it seems a little too antiseptic in areas. Maybe it's just me, but there's something authentic missing from this home/cottage. Don't misunderstand, love the house, especially the exterior, but the interior seems a little cold.

Great house…but minor detail; I hate tv’s mounted way too high above fireplaces. It looks terrible and is not a natural viewing angle.
