Federation of Pakistan; PLD 1955 FC 240 that which reversed the Judgment of Sind Chief Court declaring the dissolution of First Constituent Assembly unlawful and restored it. Chief Justice Munir wrote the majority judgment, and Justice Cornelius wrote a dissenting note.
