Already preordered Shaw. And let's be honest the Exo-6 photos never really give the figures justice. Great character and I like the uniforms they used in the show. Now we just need a Picard season three 7 of 9.

I've reached a point in my mind where I've committed to ordering every Exo-6 release with the knowledge that there's very unlikely to be another 6th scale Star Trek line in the next 50 years given how many companies have failed to sustain their Star Trek products the last 20 years. This is a special moment in time that will not last so I'd rather not deal with FOMO in a few years when this is all over. This means I'm also at peace with the fact that the figures are always going to have varying levels of accuracy. Although I'm sure we would be happier if every character came out to be amazing...but a B+ or above is better than no figure at all. I do think more accessories overall would really help enhance the fun of the figures more. As a series, Star Trek tends to have a lot of unique props that make for fun additions to a figure. I'd be in for a seperate, standalone accessories pack that filled in some gaps and gave collectors the option to buy them while not adding to the base cost of figures for those not interested. NT doesn't seem to have committed to a full Picard S3 crew yet. I assume he's waiting to see how the first few figures sell. Unfortunately Discovery clearly didn't perform super well so I think Burnham and Saru are as deep as we're going to get for that series. Unless it's one of the main series (TOS, TMPs, TNG, DS9 and VOY)...I don't think it's a given every character will be covered. I'm not sure Enterprise will get to every crewmember given the smaller fan base. As commented earlier, if you're not all in on every release it can definitely feel like a loooong wait in-between the staggered drops to get to characters you want to buy. TOS fans are probably going to be waiting another 2 or 3 years before they see their figures.

Couldn't agree more about broader variety of accessories if the quality if figure stays about the same. I agree that having these is better than none at all. The locutus in my collection pre exo6 is a Playmates version on card hah Exo-6 has been a special experience for Trek collectors so far. Any criticism I ever have is In the hopes they keep going and improving. Rooting for them to keep having wins. Was always skipping any NuTrek characters but boy, this headsculpt looks a little rough. Just hope the TWOK figures come good, whenever they might release in the 23rd century.

If you like TNG give Picard season 3 a chance. You don't need to have watched season 1 or 2 to know what's going on. And it felt almost like a season 8 to the original TNG series for me. Hit me good hah

I really enjoyed Picard Season 3 and Shaw’s character is one I grew to like at the end. Having said that I don’t plan on getting this. My collecting interests lie with TOS crew and TNG. I just got The Motion Picture Kirk and Spock. For the life of me, I don’t understand why Exo-6 hasn’t made it a priority to do original series crew and TNG crew first. DS9 I can understand but I have to think the demographics of the consumers who can afford this stuff lean toward being original series/films with Kirk and crew and next generation fans first and foremost. They should concentrate and producing those first.

Thanks for the video Ben. I am right there with you on this one. When they showed the CAD of the head sculpt I was pumped. This character grew on me and I really enjoyed the portrayal and the way he demonstrated how life in the federation can mess you up it is not all slick and trauma-free but can leave scars and portray the aftermath of Wolf 359. But the sculpture and overall figure just does not hit the mark for me. I was willing to buy this figure because of the character but I think I am going to pass. Keep up the great content and I can not wait for your review of the TNG crew once they come out...But I am still holding out hope for a Picard season 3 Riker.

Man I’ve been waiting for this preorder. Enjoyed his character… but this head-sculpt is frankly , laughable...especially for the price point. Come on EXO6… Do better. Cause this is embarrassing. And a Seven from the Picard show would be an instant preorder-especially since I have her Voyager figure still MIB.

Also, this character was from Picard Season 3 which was really well done. I agree most of the CBS CONTENT HASNT been trek, but s3 of Picard felt like a next season for TNG. If you're a star trek fan, I'd give it a chance. No need to watch Picard season 1 or 2

@@TheBenThomasShow Shame, all CBS had to do was make new Sci-fi, and NOT call it Star Trek. But, that would require faith in their product and balls, both of which died with tv shows and movies... and music, somewhere after 2000. Nothing personal of course. But you get that. Plenty of CBS Trek hags out there to fuel success for your channel. Just, for us it's horses for courses, and CBS Trek is not running horses and they're not on any courses that is Star Trek other than in name only. Putting a label on a bottle of hot water that says, "Cold Beer", does not make that so.

I don't disagree, but my channel has more to do with 1/6th scale collecting then it does move or television content itself. The success of my channel has been predicated on enjoying collecting cool things. Or being critical of items that don't do justice to the actor likeness. This video wasn't about trek specifically or CBS. It was what I thought of the figure from that show :) but either way I don't take it personally. Just to bad you chose to skip on the channel because of a thumbnail and not the over 500 videos on it, most of which don't have anything to do with new trek :) however, live long and prosper either way!
