Love that you are doing round 2! So awesome! You are doing great 💕
Ohhhhhhh so good on the inner thighs. A good ol' squat on the block is perhaps the best warm up move ever for spinning / swimming / running / LIVING!!!

This has been, and is, a great challenge. I will do it on repeat, I think ;-). My biggest take away: the importance of RELEASING the pelvic floor muscles! Thank you so much!

You are welcome! And yes, happy baby is one of my favs too!
I came to the conclusion that i have a hard time just relaxing 😅 I kind of had to tell my muscles "hey, it's okay, relax!" to get any kind of sensation going. I'll continue working on that.❤

Awesome job noticing that! Yes relaxing muscles can be super tricky especially if we are used to tightening a lot of the time. Keep up the great work! Consistency is key!

Yes the exercises in this video and challenge are helpful for learning how to use your core & pelvic floor optimally to help with leaks. The breath is key with these exercises.
My self care ritual was to have a lovely bath. I'd already decided to have a bath so this is really apt. I will also be out in nature with my dog it's a lovely day here today so will be nice to be out in the country taking in the sights and sounds with Mt canine companion 😊🛀🌻🐾🐕🦋

That’s was awesome! Just what I needed to help ease & release the tightness in my right hip flexor. Thank you ✨✨ I will be continuing on with stretching and breathing now I know that tight hip flexors can be one of the reasons that affect my pelvic floor. I never knew this! Best knowledge 💚

Hi! Question, I am able to do both the squat and happy baby, but should one do those poses if you have osteoporosis? P.S they are both also two of my favorite..
@DrMelissaOleson

Everyone is different and listening to your body is key. I have clients with osteoporosis that do both of those exercises. I always recommend checking in with your doctor for what's best for you💕
