Handstand pushups work your shoulders and triceps for punching power, you can also do knuckle pushups for that, jump squats work explosive leg strength, and lateral leg raises work the hip flexors for more flexibility and power I also suggest adding Russian twists or windshield wipers(ww is a hard exercise though) for obliques and twisting strength, as you'll be twisting a lot in your sessions, and I also do L sits/plank for core stability to stay balanced and use more power in your punches and kicks I'm just a calisthenics dude that started martial arts, I also built my body to take punches and kicks, and from my understanding these should help

Nice, thanks for the additions👍👊
@HelloThere.....

Shoulders don't really give you punching power though, that's moreso speed and stability. Your legs are what give you the power because those are what is actually driving your body forward into the punch. Look at the bigges strongmen throwing incorrect punches with just their arms, they're just as strong as a much smaller person or middleweight boxer throwing a correct punch.

I would ad a few exercises. Explosive/clap push-ups preferably done with knuckles is really good for developing punching power. Also some core exercises I really like hollow body holds, but anything will work really. Also just regular strength training bench press, deadlift, squat, row, overhead press just for developing a strength base.
