God bless. I had it, too. Then it got a whole lot worse! Be grateful if it remains in just your hand. I can barely feel my feet. I had two back surgeries last year and I STILL have a bad hand. But it's the least of my so-called problems. Even though this body is wracked with pain from neck to toes, there's no story here that "I" SHOULDN'T have this pain. Does that make it better? Well, it doesn't help the pain, but it sure lowers my suffering. Whose pain is it? Can I find an owner to the pain, or just pain? The unit here hates that is its job to have this disease of spinal deterioration, but at least it's recognized that this IS the unit's job. I wanted it to be someone else's job, but it wasn't. I argued with the suffering, but then it just got worse and the body's suffering went through the roof! Then I noticed that hosting spinal deterioration IS THIS UNIT'S JOB! I quit fighting a battle I could not win. I came out of denial. There is still pain here, but very little suffering. It's not My disease and it's not My suffering. Suffering arises whenever there is an argument with What Is. Could we ever WIN that battle? No. What happens if we accept that there's pain here until there isn't. Feel the calm. There IS NO woulda coulda shoulda. There is only THIS, without comparison or alternative. The mind doesn't feel like this is perfection because it's identifying with the body. Haven't we all heard somewhere that we are NOT the body? What if that's true? Imagine the body disappeared. In the absence of a body can you find anything wrong, anything to complain about? Bodies come and go. I do not. You do not. We are the same No-thing. It won't be all that long before this unit is on the "gone" list. I remain unaffected. The Absolute is surrendered to relativity, and all is right in the world. 🙏
