EXECUTIONS!!!!!!THE GRAVES OF DEATH ROW INMATES--KENNETH MCDUFF

Ойын-сауық

going to the Joe Byrd Cemetery to visit the grave of Kenneth McDuff the only man to escape death row and go on to kill again
his grave marker does not have his name only his prison id number. he is probably responsible for ateast a dozen other unsolved murders.

    The families that lost loved ones after he was released should sue the state. Going from death row to being released is outrageous after killing 3 people then being released and killing again. 🤬🤬

    @@Jezisjepan4031 You don't have to have money to file a lawsuit esp a lawsuit you KNOW you are going to win..I did it once..went to jail for something I KNOW I DID NOT DO (and it was proven I didn't do it)..I spent one day in jail for it..the first 10 mins I was released from jail I immediately got on a phone and called around until I found a lawyer (ON MY OWN...no one recommended me or anything I called around and did everything myself)..I didn't have any money in the least bit but I filed a lawsuit against the company who falsely accused and jailed me. Comes back that I didnt do it bc of handwriting that was on the documents (luckily for me I have VERY fine and fancy penmenship that no one really can duplicate) and that was that. The company didn't want to go to trial so it was settled out of court. I won...so no you do NOT have to have money to file a lawsuit but I do recommend before anyone sue (and you DONT have money) DO NOT FILE UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR SURE YOU ARE GOING TO WIN..if you have to second guess the file DO NOT DO IT

    It's disgusting that someone viciously who murdered three kids in cold blood could ever be released from prison. If his initial death sentence was changed to life, then he should have remained in prison for his entire life, with no chance for parole. I believe that the individuals responsible for letting him out of prison share culpability for the murders he committed after his release-just like someone who lets a caged wild animal loose in a crowd of people would be held responsible if that animal attacks and kills someone.

  • @slimbuttermilk

    @slimbuttermilk

    Жыл бұрын

    I wholeheartedly agree. Sadly, in the U.S., a death sentence is not a death sentence. I life sentence, and yes, even a life without parole, does not mean what it says. It is too often the case, an extended free room and board, get out of jail for free sentence, and so there is never justice. A perp, especially when it is cut and dry like this one, either a bullet to the head or a hangman's noose right after the verdict is read is the only way to deal with scum like this.

    I vaguely remember this case. There was some kind of corruption with the parole board, if I'm not mistaken. McDuff came from a prominent family. Not that it is an excuse but many murderers come from backgrounds of extreme abuse. Not this guy. If anything, he was completely enabled at a very early age. So sad about the 3 teenagers. If they would have killed him then, all those other people would have survived. RIP dear souls.

    I actually went to the Car wash where he took Colleen Reed, the Store in Waco, the place he took Melissa Northrup and the baseball field where he killed the first kids, Robert Brand, Mark Dunman and Edna Louise Sullivan. It’s was sobering feeling to know people lost their lives by the same person and standing in the place where the crime started,

    She’s originally from Chicot Louisiana my uncle David used to date her in high school they even went to prom together she decided to move to Texas to stay with her sister and that’s when she was abducted from a car wash and so this day he would not sell her parents or siblings where her body was they went multiple times to the prison to beg him to say where her body was so they could bring her home but he would never answer them they tried again whenever the parents were old and dying and he still would not say where her body was he’s a very sick man

    I did a research on this guy for an undergrad project for one of my criminal justice classes and this guy was one big sicko. I live in Austin now and went to the car wash a couple of years ago where Colleen Reed was kidnapped from and it’s so eerie. It’s close to downtown but the area is very calm. The car wash looked exactly like the crime scene pictures. It has been remodeled now and the structure is there but it looks way different now. The house where the neighbors heard her screams as she was kidnapped still stands. There’s a documentary on here that details his despicable crimes. I recommend anyone on here to watch it. Lamont, you did a great job recapping some of this guy’s ordeals. He really was a disgusting human being. RIP to all of the ladies and the 2 boys that died because of this monster.
