The price of the home shown in the video is not $797,995. The actual price with extras, lot premiums, etc is probably about $1,000,000, but obviously I don't have the exact price. Toll Brothers typically puts some extras in their model homes that are not even available to home buyers, and can only be done by the buyer as a custom job after closing. Those extras are usually listed on a chart in the model home.

We are actually building this house currently. Knowing a lot of their pricing and with all the upgrades this model has my guess is actually closer to $1.5M.

@@michaelw3522 Are you building it in Woodstock GA at this same development? It is true that Toll Brothers goes over the top on extras for their model homes.
