This is beautiful! I wish more good people were able to afford this.

I would make the study/office the dining room, which would have the added benefit of making the placement of the butler's pantry make sense. I would then make the dining area a study/library. And after I type this Timothy says it, lol.

Gorgeous Gorgeous house! It would just need a lower level for a game room fitness room Male pole area and poker table…and a extended outdoor sitting area that sat back away from the house for fire pit and family gathering ❤

MERCY !! This is Spectacular, I would Not change a thing. I love those builtins at the front door. All the windows in the office. The kitchen is fabulous. Guest suite is nice. Main bedroom is gorgeous, with All the closet space. All the bedrooms are a generous size. That room with the wet bar has endless possibilities. The laundry room has everything I like, mudroom lots of storage. I'm working on my Visiin Board still, but 2024, will be a Awesome year for me !! Thank for showing this beautyhome.

Hey Tim 👋🏽 Happy 2024 to all!! I just need to win this powerball 🤲🏾 0:36 had to stop and look at this beautiful floor plan. Everything I need ESPECIALLY the 2 Owner suites downstairs would be for my father. I'd change the stair case to an elevator/lift and spiral staircase since it takes up less space than the traditional staircase and landing. With laundry being upstairs I'd need that for my dad to maintain his independence.... Let me keep watching. 2:36 vents in the floor in such a high end home is a No No! Ok that's wonderful having a stackable washer/dryer hook ups 09:59 might not need the lift after all 🤷🏾‍♀️ 😂

Hello, in 2024! Timothy, this is a gorgeous home. The only thing I would change is in the primary suite. With the bathroom counters separated in the displayed setup, one person is at risk of having the door opened into their back. Maybe make the door into the ensuite, smaller double door or pocket doors (I am one of those people that dislikes the barn door style). A fireplace on the patio would be nice.

Nice home on what seems like a smallish urban lot. Think multigenerational homes should always have at least a 3 car garage. Especially since parking is usually tight in the city.

I like the fact that this place has the two dining areas, the formal dining room set up as office in this model but is designed to be used should you wish as a formal dining room hence the direct access from the kitchen to that room.

I would probably switch the office and dining room and move my office to the space the for the theater room. I would make the dining room space just a little sitting area or place to eat everyday instead of sitting at the bar. All those wet bars are weird but I would make them work if they were already there 😂

Gorgeous home!!!

This house is beautiful, but some of the custom build choices seem odd. The random room off the guest bedroom? So many wet bars? Or maybe I take issue with the staging of downstairs office when it seems like it should be formal dining. Also, there isn't a great family room space. The media room upstairs could be a family room, but it doesn't seem fit for this kind of house. It's like its missing a basement with a huge family/entertainment room area.

Happy new year everyone! I really like this. I'd make the office into a sitting room because the downstairs master would be great for my dad and step mum and they could use the sitting room if they want to get away from the TV. Everything is just gorgeous. Nothing else I'd change. I agree with Timothy about having windows in the dining room. One more thing I'd change would be to have a little sink 8n the downstairs dry bar. Well there were two things I'd change 😂

I would use that extra space from the last room as a playroom for a toddler

Loved everything about the house especially the in law suite with its own laundry room but I would trade the single sink in the kitchen for a double one otherwise the house is perfect

As someone who grew up in the north, i never understood the idea of having the master bedroom on the main floor. The only reasonable answer i could think of is to be away from the kids. Please, someone correct me if I'm wrong. But to me, i want to be on the top level. I want to overlook my yard from the top of my castle. And I'd prefer to be near the kids rooms, god forbid something happens. And also, if you have people over and there's a party and youre no longer feeling well, it's harder to rest if all the noise is coming from the kitchen or living room. Which would be by your bedroom! Please help me make sense of this lol

I want the master on the first floor because when I get older I wont have to climb stairs to get to bed. Its also easier to get ready in the morning- close to the kitchen and quick access to the garage when Im running late…which is every day! lol

This house was pretty nice and slightly different. I noticed the sound on the last couple of videos is off. At times, it sounded like you were chewing gum.

Disappointed that this basically is a Tudor style exterior but they didn't give it a Tudor style fireplace to go along with the home.

The office was cool until you realize the layout of the house it really needs to be a dining room in the video if you’re trying to sell it it just doesn’t make sense that it doesn’t have a formal dining room and it’s almost $2 million
