I wish more and more investors could buy more of the buildings in the cbd and change them into beautiful living spaces, because joburg cbd is beautiful, just sad that our government has let the city taken over by illegal foreigners who destroy the infrastructure.......imagine having a beautiful apartment in the cbd and be able to go downstairs across the street and have lunch at a nice restaurant while sitting outside not scared of crime or anything

I recently spent some time at the Pepperclub hotel in the Cape Town CBD. There was CCID officers, Police, Metro Police AND private security EVERYWHERE in that CBD. You could walk freely at night…and yes Long street was amazing. Jozi and PTA CBDs most definitely need this!

@Fabian Manuel I agree, Cape Town CIDs are on another level, but Joburg CBD is also very safe in certain parts.

I remember viewing this penthouse just before lockdown, wrap around balconies with stunning views of JHB. I take my hat off to the entire team that worked on this project, they’ve truly elevated its natural features to create an unique & truly JHB, South African luxury penthouse 😍
