My Younger Brother his a full Qualified Civil Structural Engineer Merged with Quality Surveying at the University of Pretoria.. 7 Years of Experience his well paid R58k plus monthly benefits.. Engineering in South Africa is the best

I can agree with that. My cousin graduated as an architect from a SA uni two years and doing big iback home. He comes with great atchitecture ideas that is very different from what we built here. I always loved SA archktecture and interior design. I think with Moroccans they are some of the best in Africa. Love the large windowd that brings the lights in this video

Not just Ghanaians but all Africans should learn from one another! In some African countries they set extremely high standards when it comes to engineering, architecture, accounting, medicine etc. SA is is probably on top of that list and therefore we should learn from them.

This has honestly motivated me to even more to purchase property in South Africa

It's not a competition. This is the problem with some people in Africa, instead of appreciating someone's success we pull it down by trivialising it. Fact is for the budget this house is a mansion. Infact this should encourage people to build modest so that more people can be housed than building palaces whilst the majority live shacks.

The African vibes in this house are IMMACULATE. I am manifesting to own this type of HOME of day !!

One thing about my people ,they take the interior decor seriously. And every house by law is supposed to have some green elements hence I get shocked when I see massive houses in Nigeria without any tree and artificial grass😭. Trees add value to the house here

Honestly what Tayo said is true, other properties started feeling like a repeat at some point but damn this is really inspiring

Very beautiful, there's something about it that looks like the house is built within a cave. I like how in all the rooms at least one of the windows pretty much takes up a whole walls, so much light..

My favorite space is the family room. That is my personal style from the color scheme to the furnishings and decor 😍 Plus I love the split- level areas....not too much of a storeyed homes girl. I hate long flight of stairs....3-5 steps are my preference. Phew! That view is just wow ☺ Good job as always on the presentation. You're a gift.

This is a beautiful modern contemporary Cape town villa with a lot of windows that allow the resident to look at Lion mountain and the nice forest. I like the living rooms, media room, bedrooms, master bedrooms, and bathrooms. I like the big pool. I like the house design going down the hill. This mansion is as beautiful as LA and Miami mansions.

It's actually few countries ahead of SA in real estate in the world including America, we are either in top 5 or 10 I forgot the real figures from we're I saw this data. Steyn city and one of the estates in Cape Town I forgot the name, they are actually rated very very high

In the first article, it was the USA that was ahead of us if I remember correctly. When it comes to luxury. I was shocked but I don't think we deserve to be in the top 5 but top 10.
