It's a testament to taking care of your body. Stinger had the sense to get away from the booze and drugs and live a Godly life before his reckless lifestyle had a chance to catch up with him. It's done wonders for his strength and agility, no doubt.

Its amazing to watch him work now. Because you sit back and go, are we sure he really 60+ years old? More so because he supposedly has a bad neck as well. I'm looking at him and comparing to others who are younger vets in there 50s and most don't move half as good as Sting does. It helps he takes care of himself but his style being low impact to the body but still looks good. Just a lot of credit to Sting and AEW bring him in. I was excited when they did but wasn't sure what we would get. Its been a nice surprise.

We don’t deserve Sting, he’s just that damn great. He may honestly be the GOAT imo. No controversies tied to his name, respected by literally everyone in the business, has put in tons of work to make sure the guys working with him gain something from it, and the craziest part is that he’s still so damn good in HIS SIXTIES. The man is out here putting on stellar matches at 62 when some can’t at 52. Or hell even 32 in some cases 🤷🏻‍♂️ He’s The Icon for a reason. Thank you AEW for putting this kind of respect on his name. He deserves to be revered for all he’s done.

Well said. I was too young for WCW days but I would always hear about Sting throughout the years. When he came to AEW I literally got the chills in his debut. Something was telling me that I was witnessing greatness in that moment and that instinct was true. I'm massive Sting fan now, especially after going back to see his previous work. Seriously amazed at how he's still going the way he does at 62. Absolute legend and I love seeing the appreciation and respect this man has undoubtedly earned.

Sting's living his best life right now and Darby really is rubbing off on him alot which is great to see. knowing and seeing that they just hang out is great. would absolutely NOT mind Darby and Sting capturing the tag titles. Jungle Boy getting the rub from Sting in thst match would be INSANELY good for him, even in a loss. if it's not against Jurassic Express, then maybe at All Out they can get the titles. if not on PPV, it would be a really dope television moment for them to win a tag title.

I'm old enough to be somebody's grandpa, and I remember Sting's early matches. I remember as he started rising up solo, and getting fans behind him originally. Then when he started battling Flair it was some of the most entertaining Wrestling ever. Reinvented when the NWO came about. And STILL here making memories. I'm so glad I got to see it all.

As a kid, I was a dyed-in-the-wool Hulkamaniac. I liked Sting, but he was always secondary to me back then. But through the years, I've come to see that the one that truly deserved my respect, both then and now is The Icon. STING. To see him still getting in there and taking sick bumps as well as dishing them out just makes me smile. He's doing what he loves, and he's loving every minute of it. And what a protoge to have... Darby Allin is EASILY the most explosive, charismatic and engaging pro wrestler in the last... god, I can't even put a time on it. This kid has just got it. Plain and simple. He's already making an impact and a name for himself on his own. So to put him side by side with Sting? Oh, man... Darby Allin is going to be the leader of the next generation of pro wrestling, and in my eyes, that's a damn good thing to see.

Sting was and is still my all-time favorite. I have watched him since the early 90s. He can still go as good as any other. Sting as World Champ one more time and CM Punk Vs Bryan Danielson in cage and Danhaused Vs Darby Allin in any match but the weirder the better. AEW is the best wrestling, not just a bunch of Sports Entertainers, they are wrestling.

Man Sting is still the man he became my favorite wrestler after 👀 him battle Ric Flair at the 1st Clash of the Champions🏆 on March 27th 1988 in a 45min draw. That night was big for the NWA going head to head against The WWF and WrestleMania IV on ppv , which I couldn't 👀 because I was 10yrs old and had no money 😅. On that 1 night Hulk Hogan went from being my favorite, to yesterday's news and Sting was the new King of wrestling to 2 and several other kids like me the next day of school 🏫. Sting was all everyone could talk about at lunch/after-school and from then on Sting just grew into this mythic wrestler who was 😎 the coolest guy ever, with best ring attire/and the best facepaints that he never wore the same paint design twice. I saw him 2twice in Philly Civic Center at The GAB ( Great American Bash ) July 22,1988 vs Mike Rotunda for NWA 🌎 TV 📺 Title; win by DQ & September 14, 1988 for NWA US 🇺🇸 Title vs Barry Windham also. Funny, just realized he wrestled Bray Wyatt's dad & uncle that summer 🤔🤣 . An I saw Sting/Luger vs. THE Steiner Brothers at SuperBrawl 1, May 19th 1991 at Bayfront Center in St. Petersburg , FL. in the PWI match of the Year; which Sting lost after Nikita Koloff hit Sting in the head 🤕 with a steel ⛓ and hopefully shim again at AEW Revolution in March too. Amazing he's still doing it at age 62, God has truly blessed him 🙏 and hopefully won't stop anytime soon.
