I TOTALLY forgot until I did a little refresher tonight.. that Kamala was the one who produced that letter from the anonymous woman claiming to have been ‘gang-raped’ by Kavanugh and others in the backseat of a car, too! It was Kamala who turned the letter over to the Senate judiciary committee, hahaha! Then, she later wanted impeachment inquiries opened against him. Holy hell.. I hope her participation in that sham comes back to bite her. And while I think Kavanaugh is probably a very respectable man and judge.. he must despise that woman with a passion.

Okay...the "coin toss" quotes are from No Country For Old Men. It's a book/movie reference. When you're asked (particularly in the movie) "what's the most you've ever lost on a coin toss," and ya can't answer the question, dude literally flips a coin, and lets the coin "decide" your fate (whether or not he's gonna kill you). The guy in the movie scene was a bumbling, scared lil idiot as well. So, this guy would most likely be royally screwed if she asked him the "coin toss" question, because he absolutely cannot give a simple "yes/no" answer. Great book and movie, by the way!

Allow me to sum this up. Kamala’s question is unanswerable without more context. There are over 250 attorneys employed at that law firm. To be able to answer the question, justice kavanaugh would need to know every single one of the 250 attorneys and recall if he talked to them about Robert mueller. He would also have to know if they worked at that law firm. If Kamala simply gave a list of important names, he could have likely answered the question.

She trying to expose him for helping Donald trump by feeding his lawyers helpful info for his defense and promise to save his ass if impeachment is brought upon him in exchange for the nomination. It’s pay to play, favor for a favor. Brett is legit and trying to become a Supreme Court judge, he ain’t speaking to anybody on such high ranking matters unless he’s getting something out of it. Colleague or not. He played stupid to wiggle out of her angle of questioning, he is a lawyer after all, playing the plausible deniability card is light work to him.

And what scared him is that he didnt know how much she knew. In his official capacity he should be aware of the difference between what is common knowledge and whats privileged. In fact even janitors that work in health care settings are aware of HIPPA violations and that they arent allowed to discuss anything they might overhear of a patients personal medical history. You are just like typical person who are clearly not a psychological expert or mind expert or speech expert but you try to indicate a person wrongdoings. In a court hearing, those kind of question are meant to find inconsistencies in a story. Whether from defendant, victims or witnesses. But clearly nothing inconsistence could be found and harris horribly failed. Let me tell you one thing I learn from a psychology professor... If a defendant directly answer a question with confidence and with high volume, that's indicate he already prepared the answer before the question asked. If he stumbled, that's mean he doesn't know a damn thing about a question and. That's not 💯 correct but following steps will be determined by experts. Clearly harris is not an expert on psychology. He speaks with thousand of people, how can he be sure if he can answer that. Especially when harris are avoiding his questions too. "Who works there". Harris didn't answer. She didn't even fucking know. That question just to trap kavanaugh whether he answer yes or no. Another thing, you didn't know how much he remembers. Don't expect his memory is like a computer. If that is indeed the person that Harris is referring to, it's very unlikely that Kavanaugh didn't know when he spoke to him that McNally worked at the firm. I think what she is getting at is that Kavanaugh may have privately made disparaging remarks about Mueller and his investigation to McNally, who passed on this information to Kasowitz, who in turn informed Trump, which made the latter regard Kavanaugh favorably as a possible Supreme Court pick. Just speculating.

your forgetting that lawyers become judges. so any of the judges he spoke with could have worked at the law firm, but what would have solved the whole thing was giving him a list of people to pick from. Dont understand why that is something that couldnt or shouldnt have been done if the system was trying to find out the truth. Rather than trying to publicize people and events in certain ways.

If she asked for a name and not the firm he should be able to respond but since he doesn’t know everyone that works there he can’t tell you the truth because he doesn’t even know if it’s the truth. Come on you are trying to put something together that isn’t there.

She asked a quite simple, direct question that could've been answered with a yes or no, like she has said to begin with. He enjoys beating around the bush so he can take up time and avoid questions that obviously make him uncomfortable and drip sweat all over the place. I have to give him credit for being able to avoid easy questions like a pro, but who's that helping?
