I love these foam rolling for getting relief from sciatica and hip pain. As you know, I sit all day for my day job so it is very important for me to make sure that I massage my hip muscles using foam roller. It’s a great tool to massage tensed area of your body. So today I am using form for relieving sciatica and hip pain. I need to do it almost every day. These foam rollers are available on amazon.
We need to really do these three important things to relive lower back, hip pain and sciatica.
1 stretching
2 massaging with foam rolling and tenis ball
3 strengthening the hip muscles and back muscles
