Enjoyed this one and all of your videos. Living a bit vicariously through you at the moment. American entry into Italy is still prohibited, however, we were fortunate enough to spend July and August last year in Toscana and Abruzzo. Do you have any plans to venture a bit further north? I have friends in Giulianova and Castel Del Monte my grandparents birth place. I would love to take a tour of both through your lens! Ciao for now.

Movement is still a bit restricted, lets see what happens when they get the numbers down. So glad you enjoyed the vlog, a quick drone flight in the clouds next, possibly over the week.

I believe those flowers are camomile!!! Very popular in the area...my hometown!!! Thanks Vario Stick

Thanks Vario for the trip to Casalbordino Lido - the area looks lovely with such a clean, pretty and peaceful beach atm whilst no tourists are there! Still, a nice distraction from the political maelstrom going on here in the UK! Ciao!

I guess covid restrictions plus its a bit early yet for the main tourist season.

Hi, thanks for sharing your content. My wife and I are considering the Abruzzo area for retirement from the UK and wondered if you could let me know your thoughts on the climate, rainfall winter, off season and during the summer. You will of course know the UK climate and how rain can prevent outdoor life for weeks. How does the rainfall affect outdoor living there - e.g. does it rain continuously for days, or a blast of rain, then clears up quickly? Thanks in advance. Chris

Not sure from outside Italy, not yet anyway.

The flowers are "chamomiles". I post photos of Casalbordino Lido and its flowers on Google Maps. For any questions, ask me🤗
