It's wonderful to hear that you love the property and see its potential! Properties with so much charm and opportunity are truly exciting.

Wood paneling has made a comeback and I like it. The tile floors are nice and the first bathroom is perfect. Nice to see a garage with the property. The stairs look good and the kitchen is perfect. The balcony attached to the kitchen looks like a nice place for coffee in the morning. Across from the kitchen is a nice dining room. The master bedroom floor is interesting with the patterns in green and white. The second bedroom has a great view from the window. The attic might be used as an office perhaps? The location is also a plus for this property. My only problem with this property is the amount of stairs. Having said that, it's going eliminate the need for a stair master exercise machine.

It sounds like you've done a thorough inspection of the property! The wood paneling, tile floors, and other features you mentioned all contribute to its appeal. Indeed, the garage, balcony, and location are definite bonuses. As for the stairs, while they may present a challenge, they do offer a built-in workout! And you're right-the attic could make a perfect office space. Overall, it seems like a wonderful property with lots of potential.

Thats a really nice house I love all the balconies that is a plus. When you have so much space outside and close to the Sea, that's awesome and Romina im loving your hair looks Nice 😁🥰

A couple of those tiles looked a little iffy in the attic and I would have that checked. Mila really does do a great job with the camera for these showings. 👍🏻

The house looks very nice and I love the fact that has a relatively spacious garage because if you live abroad you can keep the car safe inside the garage probably is OK to leave the car out side overnight if you are in the house but not if you leave town and most of the houses that I see for sale are missing the garage and that for me is a big problem.

Lovely property thanks for sharing. But there seems to be a constant clicking sound in the video. I ended up just turning off the volume and speeding the video up to 1.5 speed.🤔

I heard it too. You could barely hear it ! didn't bother me. I figured it was the camera or something So turning down the volume would have fixed it. 😃👍

That’s a good price, this house is in good condition. Just needs some updating. The downstairs bathroom is really nice, but kind of far away from the bedrooms. Someone can do some remodeling and turn this into a very nice property.
