I agree with other commenters: Nice meeting you both! 1 question: 1000 olive trees! So can you hire someone for the harvest and come up with an agreeable split if they do the labor? Do you have to water the trees or do they receive enough water naturally? And are the property taxes lower because it's agricultural land? Very interesting building to view with you. Thank you for the enjoyable tour! All you needed was a couple of glasses and a bottle of wine.

I wasn’t big on the price from the start but given the size of the land and the amount of trees and flow of the area it is actually very nice. An issue for an expat would be having a car with insurance there. The house is not all that large but definitely has an overflow of character and history.
