Should have been closed years ago, why are the people who worked there not being brought to justice for the mutilation of children's bodies, this is child abuse.

The Tavistock clinc need other staff and should be prior psychological counseling of young people. Although, no medical threatments before 21, only support to live in an other gender.

When i was a kid i was playing with toys and action figures and watching cartoons none of this sort of nonsense ever crossed my mind it would have been completely far fetched to me but unfortunately kids these days are being exposed to it and having their minds filled with this poison it seriously needs to stop because its dangerous for their mental health.

to qualify for dysphoria, you're literally not allowed to be a happy kid. Distress is a mandatory symptom. It's not someone pretending, it's someone pissed off. If you want to argue that hormones can't effect peoples moods greatly, to the point of suicide, even if natural, then you're going to need a lot of counter-evidence to everything that has ever existed about hormones so far. It's going to be illegal to prevent children from receiving medicine for suicidal behavior, sorry. Doctors don't care about your ridiculous opinion, they care about suicide prevention.

Women especially are shouted down as TERFs and bigots and transphobes for simply defending their rights. They are trying to conflate gay rights with trans rights. Gay rights was about equality and freedom of choice, this is authoritarian. It puts women in danger and hurts children too. This movement is deeply misogynistic. Look at the appalling treatment of JK Rowling, a woman who was in an abusive relationship and understands how women can be vulnerable. She has said nothing transphobic whatsoever. It operates like a cult, and every cult tries to indoctrinate the young...

I had to pay for my own braces as an adult, even though there were 5 listed medical requirements for me to have them, following an orthodontic appointment. The NHS refused to pay for them. The treatment came to about £4,000 in total. The same week, my nephew got the green light to have his breasts removed after 1 meeting at a gender clinic. Was I livid? OH yeah!

Surely at this point these people should be treated as child abusers, we need an independent inquiry with the possibility of criminal charges for those responsible.

What's really annoying is how long this has been allowed to go on for. The instant you get a situation which casts certain 'protected' minority groups in a bad light suddenly the whole establishment from the politicians, to the police, to the BBC don't seem interested in asking questions until it gets to the point where they simply can't cover things up any more. The fact that the chief executive of the Trust that I work for came out in support of the Tavistock clinic when it was being closed down just shows how deep the rot has got. The stuff that went on in Tavistock is going to cost the NHS millions of pounds that should be being spent on patients care, not on providing compensation to hundreds of people who were deliberately let down by people more interested in pushing a radical progressive ideological onto children.

Damn, just absolutely LOVING these developments! And the fact that British media is talking about it now! It's almost like the world is starting to gradually wake up from collective psychosis! Or at least in Britain, anyhow... Still bad in many other places, sadly. Hoping the ripple effect on other countries will be HUGE with this one! Also, TRAs trying to shut down dialogue, and accusing all us GCs of being hateful.. I mean, just WTF is even SLIGHTLY hateful about this discussion, whatsoever?? People showing ACTUAL care and concern about the long-term health of children and minors? Calling this stuff hateful would be absolutely BANANAS! Will be interesting to see if the TRAs will get away with it... Although the great thing about this issue, really..? Is: once the scales fall from your eyes, and you wake up to what's actually going on, and start thinking more critically about it..? I loved reading your comment! You sound about as angry as me! We are Terf Island, but I can't believe we've gone so far down this dangerous rabbit hole of nonsense! "Stunning and brave" ...the glorifying of trans has a LOT to answer for. Time to question it publicly now (I had already started), but now we must get the ball rolling. What with Biden telling parents to affirm their child and every big corporation in the UK totally captured, I think it will take a while. 99% of people in my friendship circle have no idea what's going on. They have literally no idea what I'm talking about when I mention gender ideology and child abuse! The "exceptionalism" around trans has resulted in the biggest medical scandal of our era.

All child groomers and abusers like the Tavistock, Mermaids and Stonewall organisations should be closed down and but in jail for crimes against vulnerable children

There should be court prosecutions on this and so called doctors not aloud to practice. This is why there should be an age limit of 18 years if you wanted proof there it is.

When the tide turns and people start demanding compensation it should come out of the pockets of the medical professionals who performed these transformations. Then those medical professionals should be prosecuted if possible. I guarantee if those doing this thought for one second that they might be held personally responsible they would suddenly stop these procedures.

So many well known people pretending cancel culture doesn't exist - it sickens me. Let's face it, it's the only way to get people disillusioned with this, the cult version of the left, is to get them cancelled and realise how awful it is. It just seems to be the way it goes. He really did speak out at the most toxic time, along with many others. And being a white, straight bloke, 'accused' of "speaking for women" (erm, yes, fine by me, we need the help!), he really seriously copped a lot of abuse.

Just because it’s medically possible doesn’t mean it should be done. We should not be reassigning gender through medical/surgical means… period. The issue is not with the body but with the mind and the issues need addressed in that area… otherwise it becomes like so much of modern medicine where we’re not addressing the real issue but just covering up the symptoms using methods which cause other issues further down the line…

Exactly! I think a lot of doctors and surgeons, and just generally a lot of educated men..? Like to play God! And want to do things, precisely because they CAN do it! It's like a huge ego thing for them.. And it's more about them being all-powerful, and getting to assert their will on the rest of society, than that thing being in any way beneficial! Same exact thing, pretty much, happened with lobotomies, if you go back and read about that. And especially the main doctor that was pushing it, as a supposed cure-all.. Made me absolutely sick and nauseous, just researching it! And also, infuriated! Which.. this issue has the same effect on me, for sure! And it's incredible how history just keeps repeating itself, and we keep NOT learning from our mistakes.. Oh, the humanity. (I'm also extra angry about this issue, because I spent almost 15 years as a brainwashed TRA, before waking up to what's really going on.)

There has been a rather polite avoidance of naming names. Who specifically at Tavistock is to blame?

More distractions for the public, they made the problem and now they are claiming to solve it. Meanwhile taxes, cost and everything is so expensive.

We need to bring these people to court and jail these people where is the protection for are children we need justice for the children

I don't believe in the death penalty, but the psychological manipulation and physical mutilation of vulnerable children by financially-incentivised adults takes me pretty close to be honest.

Absolutely. How can children this young consent to a lifetime of medication? We know that 90+% of children never come off puberty blockers. They go straight onto cross-sex hormones. So basically they're on the path to sterilisation before they've even hit puberty in some cases. These people have put ideology above child protection, and used children as political pawns in their effort to control and govern society with their baseless ideas. This is grooming / child abuse.

At the mental and medical healthcare professionals hair professionals did not give the green light on puberty blockers and giving cross hormone and surgeries none of this would be happening Because the conversation should have been something like well let's talk about what you're feeling and work through it Conversation would have never been or let's put your kid on puberty blockers which right there destroys your entire future and then cross hormone and then we'll talk about surgeries they know are not going to work And even for a dog who already have mental struggle with the situation they're basically told yes sure let's try to make you into the opposite sex it is barbaric and this is going against the hypocritic oath on so many levels it's like Frankenstein science And the worst part is they take skin grass from other parts of your body trying to create things And the things they create are nothing like the things they're supposed to be if you were born with them I mean it's really disgusting actually They are literally mutilating human beings

And there are so many changes in your body as you go through puberty that you can't even see and you can't even measure with any test you test and all this is being suppressed so what are we ending up with emotionally immature play immature adults with with bizarre bodies

Anyone who facilitated in the genital mutilation and hormone replacement therapy to young, confused and scared children need stringing up. The clinic referred to was where children who believed that they were of the opposite sex, were assessed for treatment. Treatment subsequently included hormonal drugs to delay puberty, and to make the child less like their biological sex and more of the other sex, and ultimately surgery.

My sister was a tom boy girl back in the 80's she's happily married with two adult daughters and Grand children, imagine if this Transgender nonsense was around back then her life might've been ruined.
