Sorry to hear that, had my bamboo gtr on AT setup since May with no issues. If the motor was always faulty it could be why the esc went in the first place. Hope they sort it for you as these boards are so good to ride

I have had a evolve stoke since Christmas and I already have to get a new esc and I always ride it in pro mode and the battery doesn't charge properly, evolve team need to get their game up

keep us updated, as a long time boosted board rider, I recently just switched to an evolve gtr bamboo, the rear motor sticking out like that really makes me uncomfortable, I did hit the motor couple times when I was out riding, don't know how they would impact the motor performance in a long run, Evolve def could design the motor placement a lot better than it is right now

I've got tge board back.. I had it for like a week.. they replaced the motor.. so far so good!!

I have a gtr bamboo, motor controller malfunctioned on me on week 6, engaged the brakes and when I looked underneath the power button was flashing and remote not communicating anymore. (Fortunately I ran out when it threw me.) After 2 restarts of both the remote and the board it worked again! However sent it in the next day and they replaced the motor controller. The replacement has been fine for the last 8 months so fingers crossed it's ok. I also don't push the board for fear of the ESC crapping out, no hard off the line accelerations and in Pro mode unless on a steep hill. Evolve just can't design motor controllers.

i think it might be the belt is too tight. I had the same issue and I just loosened it

Looking over every video i could annoy Evolve board issues. Think I’m going to end up getting the M5 by Unknown Boards. That board has better performance and a better price

I’m Having the exact same issues with my Bamboo GTR. I took it out for a ride and it just stopped from under my feet. When I tried to turn it back on the light was just blinking

Same issue here I’ve only had my board for 21 days before one of the motors stop working.

belt tensions. if not maybe the motor going bad. mine is making a weird noise. cant figure out what it is though

I recently bought Evolve Carbon GTR. On the very first day, when I took it out for a ride as soon as I reached 17kmh one or both motors would start making a weird sound and the board would vibrate. Once I go over 19kmh, the sound and vibration dissipate. Obviously, there is a problem with at least one of the motors. I sent it back, and I am considering asking my money back,.

It’s your motor belt tensioning the one is right the other is to tight they should stop at the same time

wheel too tight? or esc maybe but I doubt because it should happen to both. check it with hands to see and compare both?

Bra! Me too! I had board for 12 days and the blue power light don’t come on and don’t Bluetooth to control. I’m fucken pissed this board was 1600 and I just sold my back fire board which was 625 and it had no problems

got the board back.. evolve put a new motor on it.. did 30 miles in nyc.. so far so good!!!

@@chocolatepuddingpant the flex 😎, I had the GTX but got rid of it after 3 months, I was going to get the GTR but I went with the Exway X1 Riot had it for a year now, and I never regret it, I hope they fix that GTR and you have no more problems bro, have a great time riding be safe

Old video, but I would had fixed this for a fair price.

To me it looked like the one that stopped instantly was the working one and the other was lagging. I have the Bamboo version.. have a video review of it on my channel but overall very satisfied although have had TWO issues, one major lol.. Since day 1 I didnt really realize it but my board did not go up hills as it should.. I did ride a test GTR before buying my own and for some reason mine did not want to get up hills as fast as my test board did.. after 3-4 months when winter hit I sent it to repairs because the test board came up a hill 20kmh while my own struggled at 3kmh.. turned out the BATTERY had an issue lol.. It still did all the range, 40KM\h all of it.. but lagged up hill, very strange.. after that got fixed.. the 2nd BIGGEST flaw came :D that I kinda feared... came up a curve like always and BOOM.. board split in two :D wtf bamboo... my Bamboo deck was a bit browner then usual when I got it so maybe it was a bad bamboo.. thankfully after replacing the deck all is good again, thank god it didnt break at speed lol. Anyway suuuper happy still with the board, best on market imo in terms of speed, range and remote control and price is justified.

The worst customer support in the world I have problem and they do not want to check my board for problems !

kaly nyc is 10 times better and cooler looking, but slyly more expensive, bdw i own a carbon gt, after battery sag, bms problem, and 2 motor controller breaking, i went all in, and make the electronics new by my self, i got 63mm motor 2.5 times more powerfull, 12s vtc6 battery pack,and focbox unity, now i can call my board a reliable veichle, chinese pcb always fall.
