The mid and late 2000s for Sonic games was known as "The Pseudo-Blur Era".

I will defend Shadow the Hedgehog to the death. I remember playing the game back in 2005, I was 12 at the time. It was one of my favourite games because of its darker tone and emotional story, and I loved that you could be either a hero or villain. Considering that Shadow is more of an anti hero compared with Sonic, the grittier tone and use of guns makes sense for the game

Fun Fact:There is a remastered version of Sonic 2006 called project 06 in development that fixed most bugs and glitches and improved mechanics from the old game showing what it could have been.

That honor goes to "F-Zero GX" which was made by Amusement Vision (they're now known as Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio who is now known for making the Yakuza games) which is part of Sega, particularly, the Sega CS R&D.

Fun Fact: Sonic 2006 was planned to release on Wii, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 at Late 2006, however, due to development due to complete at Holiday 2006, the developers has split into two games, the first group is to finish Sonic 06 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 while the second group has to work Sonic and the Secret Rings for Wii.

This was cool. Can’t wait for part 6!

Next Thursday is the day Sonic Frontiers releases during the time you uploaded a new Sonic video, so I hope you'll mention it on Part 6! Oh wait, it comes out on "Tuesday" Nov 8, not Thursday.

If the 2000's can be described as the awkward teenage years, then the 2010's can be described as the adult years of the franchise. Considering that most of the fans are now grown up.

Thank the heavens 06 sold well. Sonic didn’t really need to die a second time! In all seriousness, I’m so glad he survived all that and got a second chance, even if that, too, was yet another quality rollercoaster. But oh man, it’s gonna sting when we reach Unleashed… that game’s reviews were even MORE scathing! Still, this is all really nice to look back on

What was Sega thinking when they were creating Shadow the Hedgehog?

Rumours said that Team Mario cheated during Winter Olympic games of Sochi 2014, now they participate as Mushroom Kingdom Delegation.

Well that an intresting video to say the least here some of my opinions: 1.shadow the hedgehog don't love it nor hate it but I will understand if you disagree with me 2.sonic rush is great though is have a bit too much of boost pannels and the boss line up is tedious almost as much as kirby triple deluxe's one 3.rush adventure is a good follow up though the special levels can be a bit of difficulty spike 4.sega superstars is great don't know much about it but it does the job 5.sonic riders is a great spin off and the critics were too harsh my only complain is lack a bit of content 6.mario and sonic at the olympic games while not the most replayable thing is a good way to crossover mario and sonic without the need of smash bros 7.sonic rivals not my cup of tea but a nice spin off for the PSP but the story is dumb 8.sonic O6 oh boi when I knew about this game I hate so much but after knowing more and more behind the scenes of the game I kinda forgive for what happened I still not consider it a good game but I more saw as a tragedy for what could be a potential title to be one of the best sonic games, I personally can't put it at the top 5 worst sonic games nor my top 10 worst games of all time but I will say this game didn't deserve this rough path

Sonic 06 was doomed from the start. Sonic team was already understaffed and then they split the small team again and for sonic and the black knight when they found out the wii couldn't handle 06. I truly feel the game had promise I liked the realistic looking world. But the devs weren't given the chance to succeed.
