I highly doubt that. I think it has to do more with Wario himself. He likes to pick his nose when he's bored.

Well in gold they made quite a few changes 1. You can get hit twice in Gold, but only once in Twisted 2. The hand has a hitbox even when not firing in Gold, this does not apply in Twisted 3. Power up 4. You are WAY further away from the noses in Gold, where in Twisted you are pretty much like, really close

Trying to beat the elephant trunk in gold was hard. I lost to it a couple of times.

Damn WarioWare Twisted is underrated. The Nose Picking Boss was so absurd, even for WarioWare. Favorite game in the franchise.

Wario's Nose. Always sniffing out treasure.

I thought get it together level 1 had a whole theme about Wario’s nose you missed.

This is a very good evolution video, but it's missing a few nose minigames from WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Party Game$ One was a 4-player minigame where a nose is spinning around in the center and you have to be the first player to get your fingers in the nose first.

You have to remember the GameCube version is like the deluxe version of the GameBoy game. It has a lot of features and games that the GameBoy version didn't have.
