NBA 2K6 looks seriously good despite it being almost 20 years old! Xbox 360 was a beast of it’s time

2k14, the best 2k ever made

2k13 was so fun to play with my friends when we were younger, still is to this day. 2k17 had nice animations too 🔥

2k17 had ok animations, not nice one, only the dribbling moves was nice

The best one was 2013. The combination with the fluent gameplay and the audio cooperation with Jay-Z was fantastic.

2k14-16-17 are my goats. Still amazes me how good they play and how good 14 still looks on xb1/ps4

NBA 2K3 was the first good basketball game

2k games actually made me fall in love with watching/going to real basketball games. I didn’t care for basketball as a kid but 2k 9 and up made me fall in love

My last 2k I ever played was 2k7 on og Xbox. I never bought a 2k ever in my life either. They were all hand me downs from my cousin after he got a 360 & left for college. A couple of months later and my aunt brought me a ps3 for making it to Jr high and I gravitated towards madden bc that’s all they ever brought me (I’ve never asked for a athletic sports game lol) and the last madden I’ve ever played was 12 bc the Saints were coming off their SB high😂 I’m 24 in 2023 now and haven’t played either franchise since. I just randomly heard a song (They reminisce over you-C.L. Smooth & Pete Rock) and remembered playing these games and thought I’d see how they were doing now. Core memories unlocked.

Can proudly/luckily say I use to wake up every morning, fired up my Dreamcast and played the first 2k. A.I. on the cover was why I think I picked it over madden. Then I got game cube and 2k left 😢

When next gen consoles drop I can’t wait to see what these games look like then

From 2k6-2k11 was the peak of the games and 2k16 was great to

nba 2k12-13 was the peak when real deal was there

Live was dead the very first time I saw the first 2k..my barber at the time had it when it first dropped and I remember being 9 playing it at the barbershop and I was hooked 😂😂

I remember when that 2k12 dropped I bought it from my brother’s job when I picked him up from work and got arrested that night. 😂

The Dreamcast games aged surprisingly well

The problem with gaming today they forget it's supposed to be a game not realistic to where it takes the fun out of playing

So nba 2k16 seems like peak 2k, up until then it seemed like gradual improvements in gameplay. After that, little by little you see the gameplay quality drop. Makes sense

2k6 to 2k23 is good the developers improve there game,and how is that happen😮

Honestly starting from 2k6 in and there wasn't much improvement in looks. Those games looked darn impressive.

nba 2k6 from here on started destroy NBA live. for me 2k16 one of the best games because i played on pc(due to mods) and X360.

NBA PLAYGROUNDS is not from 2K Sports at the time. It's from Mad Dog Games. After a few years, 2K acquired Mad Dog and released NBA 2K Playgrounds 2.

2k always tried to have good graphics
