I Started Playing Minecraft In Mid-2019 pre-kinder the 1.15 And now I Still Play Im in 3rd Grade Edit: im 9 Years old But im not A Fatherless Toxic 6 Year old Im Just A Normal Player

After watching this nostalgic video, I realised 2 things : 1. I am so fucking old and 2. Minecraft has gone from a primitive game that no one has even heard of, to a game that is practically known all over the world, even for those people who have never played it at all

I remember the good old days on how i discovered Minecraft because of my mother teaching me, i played the 2016 versions, its not really the original Minecraft game just a fangame, but it sure really gave me nostalgias

Hanging signs is a block variant of the sign, that you can hang on the block, stairs, slabs, trapdoors, ceiling, fences, walls, and anything you want

I started playing Minecraft in 2014(v1.8) I was just 5-6 and I remember how my mom gave me her computer and told me about Minecraft. She started playing Minecraft in 2009-2010 I think? But, I'm so glad that she told me about Minecraft, I'm playing it almost every day and I love this game so much. I remember my first time playing Minecraft, that time when I found a Desert pyramid and there was a cow, And I though it was a mummy... I was afraid of Minecraft cows after that. it's so much fun to remember those good times :)

Such a wonderful game. I first played it at a relative’s house in 2014, and then several weeks later got it on Pocket edition, and eventually got it on PC down the line. I love how fun and creative this game is, brings so many good memories. Still play it today!

The nostalgia hits hard but I stopped playing MC survival since 1.9. I'll never get over the changed combat.

Everything since 1.7 changed the game so hard for me compared to the previous versions. I started with 1.4 and played till 1.9. When I returned in 2022 to Minecraft, it was like a different game. But i still play it, even if i muss the atmosphere of the og days.

My favorite adventure game

Man. I first heard about Minecraft back in early 2011, but I finally had gotten to play it myself sometime around Christmas the next year I think(?) I could have sworn I started playing on 1.2.4 but it could have just been the version I started on, idk. At the time I played through the Minecraft website, along with those classic servers! The things I saw were awe inspiring imo. But 1.5-1.7 feels hazy tho, because the horses blew my mind! I was super cool, and also the unfortunate fate of the red rose 🌹 still haunts me to this day🌹 I’m old apparently… didn’t know 20s was the new 40 :/

2012 wasn’t that different to now except for other things being added

I want The update that changed the world part 2. Which it didn't do much. Illusioners spawn in raids and woodland mansions, nether portals spawn naturally, with Illusioner, Ender dragon, Wither spawn eggs in inventory, more villages, and a naturally spawned sniffer in plains villages.

Plot: Long ago, a team of heroes known as the League of Legends, whose members include - Rex the Dino Warrior (before whose sword all combatants with tremble), Tristana the Yordle Redstone Engineer (whose machines would spark an era of invention) , Boomer the Troll (who would use his destructive creativity for battle) and Vitruvius the Architect (builder of worlds and leader of the League of Legends). They went on a quest to defeat the Ender Dragon and they slipped away to the pages of legend. Our story begins with Ruby Gillman (from Dreamworks) and her pet pig, Wilbur, and her friends going to the WardenCon building competition and won it with a fireworks machine complete with a Warden made of wool, but Wilber escapes as Ruby searches for him. Ruby meets Connor and they go to WardenCon where they meet Rasputin, who’s jealous of Rex for what happened. Rasputin summons the Wither, which sets on a path of destruction. Our heroes escape through the nether but Rex is missing, they enter a strange temple and learn that Rasputin is the fifth member of the league. Ruby and her redstone expert friend go to Redstonia to recruit Tristana, and they made the command block together. Our heroes venture to Vitruvius’ underground temple and enter the end where they meet Vitruvius. Our heroes go through the farlands, going through an obstacle course full of puzzles, and discover the truth behind the tale; Vitruvius used the command block to erase the ender dragon from existence, securing the League’s status as legends forever. Ruby gets enchanted netherite armor and sword, and defeats the wither with Boomer’s armor, saving the overworld. Wilbur dies as well as Boomer. Ruby and her friends are the new League of Legends and they will venture through several realms (the Mystery of the White Pumpkin, the Eversource, and the evil Pal).

Amazing how the game had basically implemented the vast majority of features that I care about by 2012 or 2013. Other than some minor quality of life and bug fixes, I couldn't possibly care less if development stopped after 1.8 or so. They've crammed too much into Minecraft at this point.

Fun Fact: You can actually play the first version of Minecraft Alpha, but you need a PC to do it.

The nostalgia remembered playing the 1.5 version also someone in our school shared the game. Everyone was playing it with LAN whenever we had class in the computer room, man that was fun even though we were supposed to be working. Yeah I only really played then & that version. Watched so many youtubers playing Minecraft (Mindcrack). Also a few mistakes in the video I think 4:45 Savanna was added later probably 2013 as I don't remember that biome when I played it. 13:30 of course cats existed before cats

My earliest memory of the game was getting the cave game demo, literally nothing to do but fall down holes and you couldn’t do anything to get back up Dang it’s come so far

I think Mojang forgot to add jungle and swamp villages. There are still 5 types of villages and 7 types of villagers.

I miss 2015... I was in 2nd grade, almost a decade ago I used to play Minecraft in my mom's old computer around that time we stopped playing because the game broke and it was such a shock to learn about the updates afterwards I've never seen like the 2016 evokers and shields and elytra and fireworks all that insane stuff it was like I was completely blind to the world of minecraft once I stopped playing it and you know what's the funniest part? my greatest achievement back in the day before the game broke was creating an iron sword I still remember how me and my older sister as kids freaked out like some silly KZreadrs reacting to a horror game, how we used our old house for safety when we were running from monsters lost in the dark and how I felt like a genious remembering the recepies for the crafting table... "how do I craft this again? oh oh oh oh" yep I remembered that... haha.. either way it's a great game... I miss it

Whenever people on KZread talk about the early days of Minecraft, and reference 2015, 2019 etc. Sweet Summer child, I was there at the very start, connecting to Minecraft in my Web Browser, placing the same dozen blocks on a small finite world with other players. The very first thing I ever built in this game was a small Castle town complete with walls and a moat, I still have a screenshot of it.

It was actually very entertaining despite not having any voice bits. Im looking forward to the ray tracing, realistic and less blocky part of the world. :)

I’ve been playing since the 2009 Early Classic Edition (I’m 47 Years Old), and I feel like it was yesterday that I started playing, in 2009 I was raising my son. He was only a toddler when Minecraft released.

I've never played Minecraft by I watched it on KZread since 2016. Made my childhood fr.

My mom once played Minecraft version Alpha 1.0 (Forgot the version but it was an old one) She built a good box house made out of cobblestone and wood, when I first saw her playing the game, I was excited to play it. After she got tired playing, I borrowed it. I was learning new stuffs such as building, and that stuff that can spawn a small netherland place where zombie piglins spawn (Forgot what it is). I built a trusty nice looking bridge with fences and torches, she was proud of my bridge. Everyday we would keep borrowing the phone eachother. I made a house near a lake with a boat dock, she liked it too. But the best thing I made was the bridge, it was simple but worth it. So, when my mom accidentally deleted Minecraft. She was worried that I'd go sad, but! She managed to find a new game that's similar to Minecraft! It's Multicraft. When she first said that she downloaded a new Minecraft game, I was excited (and happy). But when I asked her "Is it the real one?" She turned quiet. (And yes i know that in her mind she will be worried if I went sad if it's not he real one, I still appreciated it) but I feel bad for her when I asked her. A few few days, my mother downloaded another game. Lokicraft. The textures we're nice. She built a nice comfy house. Then next when it was my turn to play, I built a school on a mountain, and an improved long bridge (it was similar to Akashi-Kaikyo bridge, or The golden gate bridge) She was shocked, and proud. But since the bridge has no water beneath it, I dug 1 block deep, it took me so long to fill the water since I didn't know there was a command feature. Then! She made a really large dense residential-commercial hotel. It had many beds for the villagers to sleep, I was so proud of my mother too! Everyday we would keep building impressive structures, towns, and farms. But one day it stopped..... When my little sister played the game, she loved exploring. She always explores everywhere and investigates built-in structures, one day. As she (my little sis) was exploring. She was lost. And couldn't find our town. Luckily I remembered the compass thing, but I had no remembrance of the location direction in my mind because I forgot it. When I told my mother about it, she was sad, hoping that we would find our town. But we we're unlucky. So my mother quitted playing the game. She only plays it rarely and sometimes because she's busy nowadays. But I really miss the nostalgias we used to have :( (If you're wondering how my mother played Minecraft. Well my auntie (My mom's big sister) gave her Cherrymobile phone to my mother, she was happy, and excited. While she was inspecting the apps, she came upon this app called "Minecraft" where my auntie used to play, when my mother played the game she was amazed by the building features, gui and ui. When she started her first world, it was the day she started learning to build and play Minecraft, that's how it all started) Epic.....

Thank you minecraft, for crafting my childhood...

I first played 1.2.5 and then I played 1.5.2 for a very long time, I didnt like anything they have added after but those versions were so atmospheric that I doubt people needed anything on top of it and also playing hunger games and pvp servers was amazing lol it took like 2 years
