Most underrated and overlooked legendary in my opinion. He has the best concept out of any and his design is awesome!

Kyrurem is a cool Pokémon It actually one my favorite Pokémon. I love the chilling lore,story,design and it different forms.

I remember in my original black copy when I was younger that my brother told me there was a hidden Pokémon somewhere in the game but he didn’t know where, and I had previously gotten my first shiny (pupitar) and I never knew what they were until I found one, so I was looking around in the little tree area to try and find another shiny Pokémon and then after a while I saw there was a gap in the trees and when I eventually found kyurem it was the coolest feeling ever That’s what I miss, the sense of adventure and mystery, I know it isn’t really possible nowadays with the internet but I’ll always love gen 5 and have such great memories

Aah, Kyurem my favorite legendary of all time. His origins are amazing and his design too. I will never change my mind about this magnificent creature.

I also found it randomly. I saved before battling it cause I thought it was important. I caught it with a quick ball on my 1st try

Kyurem.. the leftover dragon that was split into three. It generates a powerful freezing energy inside itself, but its body became frozen when the energy leaked out. It has to power to fuse with Zekrom or Reshiram, changing into Black and White Kyurem respectively.

i’ve always had a soft spot for kyurem, its such a unique pokémon and fits perfectly into the legendary trio that it belongs to

QOTD : Just like Heatran, I had a hard time catching this thing, spamming Ultra and Chrono Balls... Thankfully he had a purpose in B&W2. I always liked Black Kyurem's design and the funny thing is, I've completed the "One versus All" challenge with him (defeat the Pokemon League with only one Pokemon in your party, hi Iris...) and I've made him a superstar in the PokeWood (starring in every movie available). Good memories !

Knowing that Ghetsis went from a manipulative jerk to someone who killed likely tons of people by his raids alone, and personally tried to murder a child in cold blood (God i hate the pun) is proof of a heartless, cold villain.

Then Gen 5 games were the very first Pokémon games I played(I was pretty late to the party since most of my other friends grew up with Gen 4; btw played Black & Black2). When I first discovered Kyurem, it was strange because it was so mysterious at the time. I really hope GF comes back to remake Gen 5 on the Switch or some future console, while also including Kyurem’s “Perfect” form

I like how, although the title only says Kyurem Battles, you still added in the NPC dialogue that tells you about Kyurem. Nice touch.

It's great that as a reward after separating the fusion of kyruem with reshiram / zekrom and defeating Ghetis they give us the dna so that we have the powerful dragon that we wanted (depending on the version of the game of course) , just as at least kyruem is happy and in our hands than in the hands of Ghetis

I don't understand why they make Pokémon like Kyurem and Slugma pettable in Pokémon Amie if you can't pet them anywhere.

Also I love the ost when N comes in to save you in B2/W2; if anyone knows the name, could you mind telling me?

Amy Grady I definitely got that “don’t get in my way” vibe from the one in the Keldeo movie (Arceus knows he was just about the only decent thing in it apart from being able to change to Black and White Form whenever he wanted). Yours sounds like he’d be awesome to battle ... so long as I never face him with either Reshiram or Zekrom 😅😅😅 nah, my girl is gentle and just wants friends ... but she *will* mess you up if you mess with her friends! Have you heard the PokéPasta called *Whole Again* yet? It’s about a Kyurem who just wants to be whole again, pretty creepy stuff but I love it and I still really wanna see what “Complete Kyurem” would really look like! Thanks for the reply =^_^=

looking back into the black and white kyruem now knowing he was originally not going to fuse with reshiram and zekrom in a 3rd version of the game makes his ice and meteor design/story seem like it would be associated more with ice than fusing with the 2 dragons an interesting timeline. Edit: Kyruem was meant to fuse with pokemon just not reshiram or zekrom specifically

I actually like Kyurem _more_ than either Zekrom or Reshiram.

Of all the Legendary Pokémon I caught, Kyurem is the most caught Pokémon in my collection. Alongside Reshiram and Zekrom, catching Kyurem has since became a family tradition everyday on March 26 as a birthday celebration.

Torchite the Fire Hedgehog Not yet, anyway. Seeing as its confirmed the three were originally one Pokemon, it’s pretty logical to assume that at some point (probably in the gen 5 remakes) an item or something will be introduced that will allow the three to fuse at the same time.

The diffrences between Reshiram and Zekrom are basically unnoticeable if one doesn't listen for them, but leaving out Kyurem's version really feels like if they gave Giratina the Dialga/Palkia-theme. Just doesn't feel right at all.
