exterior wise looks good but the interior's infotainment screen size too small with big bezel makes it unappetising. Other countries rio's interior comes with big screen with 2 tones coloured dash but here all dark and gloomy.

Fuel consumption and under power still the questions.... Previous version was poor in fuel consumption and under power...

Completely agree with you. Still prefer the red despite their other colors is attracting. Kia Rio is just nice nowadays :)

planning on the kia rio already book. best interior design and have the best feature out of all the other B segment cars. the downside is the power of the car. but u know what u cant race with a B segment car anyway, so why bother?

in term of specs..rio win..in term of power and fuel saving..jazz win..i own them both..rio long distance only can get around 16 km/l..and in town around 11-12 km/l...average full tank 45 liters can go around 450-500 km..and a little bit feel underpower..need to push the engine more bit to feel the power...but jazz long distance i manage to clock around 19-20km/l..and in town 14-15km/l...full tank 40 liters my experience around 550-700 km...and never feel underpower like rio..maybe because of the drivetrain type and wheel size selection...jazz weighing around 1050kg but rio around 1150kg..around 100kg more i think..if rio manage to offer 1.0turbo or 1.6 and 5 or 6 speed trans..maybe rio will beat other model and brands in its class...and mybe also the pricing will increase around 10-15k...i bought rio 2018 at 67k..got 3 years free part and labour...

This is Navy Blue kia rio right? I thought it was grey colour. But red and white looks nice IMO.

Have you seen the white color for Kia Rio? The based is already nice. Can't imagine modifying it to the next level with bodykit. Aish, must be very handsome one.

100hp??I thought it's 107hp from previous generation....

i have one question !!!!!!!! i always want to buy KIA, but when comes to infotainment system i terus RUN away. KIA have good shape, is cool, engine is nice, smooth, interior is modern, BUT why EVERY SINGLE MODEL(checked) that bring into Malaysia have to downgrade the infotainment system, RIO in other country comes with a 7'inch screen for standard, but in Malaysia........so sad. can someone give me ANSWER or WHY??? @Bobby Ang

hmm different country come with different spec for entry lvl kia rio, the 1 u r talking is highest spec with apple play with 7 inch and of course comes with a higher price. but unfortunately malaysia seem to only bringing in 1 spec

honestly hope they remove the sunroof (useless in Msia) and the 17 inch wheels (expensive tyre cost, less comfortable and higher fc), in change give us a better HU and gearbox. Hopefully they do this in the FL

This car is superb! Minus the 1.4 & 4-speed, i think this car won in every aspect. 79k with good features, 6 airbags. Jazz & mazda 2? Not even comparable to Rio! 😂

the ICE system is laughable!! Also cannot brain the 100ps engine + 4spd gearbox. The Iriz or Persona will be a miles better purchase than this for sure.

Looks like crap tbh. Then again the Rio is pretty cheap as far as foreign cars goes.
