Not whenever you feel like it. If I said that or it was perceived that way then no, I don't mean that. Just a mode of transport for you, your passengers and your dog.

This car ,as well as many other small cars ,not available in spore. The Govt killed the whole car industry with it's punishing overkilling regulations.

D one side of me taking more reasons to buy rio to cnvince d other side of me...battleship from within

handling is good but the engine...yeah.

My 3days old Kia Rio 2018 FULLY IMPORTED engine defect, flapping sound (they dont know due to what) and key chain sound (due to using RON95, they said the car is designed for RON97) from the engine or gearbox. Reported the case since 8/1/19 until now, no solution nor how they wanna fix this. Im aware KIA Motors Corp already got my case file. KIA MALAYSIA Careline staff, Puan Labilah told me "currently our principle is busy with system upgrading, your car still can drive rite? If you wanna bring it to consumer affairs, thats your rights." Ok, i will do that, Thanks. So, if ur car still can drive, then u r not priority and ur case will be sitting on shelf somewhere. Manufacturing defect due to QC issue in Korea, not priority. If defects due to wear and tear, next year, I assume. If u wanna buy Kia Rion 2018 6 speed and u wanna pump RON95, buy other cars unless u wanna enjoy key chain sound while driving. IT IS DESIGNED this way! Kia Motors Worldwide Quality Control in seriously in question. A brand new imported car with engine defects, along come with other sounds.

Have you tried pumping Ron 97? If so, did the sound go away? Cars are massed produced and thus warranty there to protect unlucky customers who might have received a car with some manufacturing defects. Could you FB message us your complaint and car plate number? We will highlight it to the manufacturer.

@@bengtures Thanks for your reply and your offer to help. Yes, the manufacturer has revert about my engine flapping sound. They are replacing my engine. Now waiting for it to come from Korea, by SEA. lolx As for the RON95 issue, I tried RON97 and yes, the keychain sound disappeared. After the RON95 on the next pump, the keychain sound comes back.

@@alexloh1483 i own rio 2018..already 1 year..almost 17400k km mileage..so far no problem just like u mention..how does engine flapping sound? and the keychain sound..is it sound like loose nut or something?...im just curious..just in case in the future it happen to me also..thanks in advance...😊

@@TTYT_Du yeah..since the first day i got the key i pump 95 only...maybe he is unlucky coz get the defect one..ya lah...the part is imported from korea but assembled at gurun kedah..

Don't know why Kia couldn't get this car right? They have the knowledge and they know the requirements of the buyers, then why skip on all what the buyers want? Poor driving position, zero rear seat leg space, very small (almost uncomfortable) rear seat thigh support and worst of all, drives a lot heavier than it should be. Don't know what Kia was thinking while designing and making this car?

Girl you shouldn't be reviewing a car.
