I absolutely use this song and other one's he has done in my biochemistry lectures. When I was a student, remembering the lyrics on many of these songs helped me on exams.

This was awesome Highly, and I totally agree with you about using music for learning. I’ve actually seen samples of it on here. Teachers in school districts where the kids are particularly dealing with really tough real life, and just surviving is hard. The failure rate was extremely high because of it. Some creative teachers got together and they started teaching the lessons with music like this, and it completely changed the success rate of so many of those kids it was amazing to watch.

Hi! (I know I'm late to the party here by about a year...) I am a chemistry teacher (high school AND college) and I try to use music WHEREVER POSSIBLE to teach concepts. It is an awesome concept... but... there is just not a huge amount of chemistry content out there to use. I have written a couple of my own things... and I've also challenged students to come up with a song to explain a concept, and perform it for extra credit. I WISH there was more content out there. They Might Be Giants put out an entire science album a few years back, it's called "Here Comes Science" and all the songs on it are fantastic - and I think most have music videos also. I do use some of their content to show my classes. Love your reactions, from what I've seen so far (I started with Pentatonix and ended up here...LOL) Subbed for more!! 🙂
