Repeito o trabalho que eles fazem mas como Técnico em Segurança, fico por imaginar as consequéncia na saúde destes trabalhadores, sem condições mínimas de segurança, mas pelo jeito tudo é cultural.

@@pdr5926 Risk is borne of ignorance, what you see in videos doesn't necessarily represent all of reality. nobody wants to lose body parts it's the precautions we take that prevent that from happening, everybody hates the safety team except the person falling from a high ladder and breaks his hip or someone that has his foot crushed under a heavy weight because he isn't wearing safety boots. wearing flip flops while working in an industrial area is downright stupid. breathing lead and sulfuric acid fumes with no protection and getting cancer is stupid. becoming partially blind because of a flying wire wheel bristle getting into your eye when you aren't wearing goggles is stupid yet all of these things continue to happen. there is a price to pay even if not everyone pays it.

@@shayson1357 You are right in all you said, but western safety standards simply do not apply here, just because the overall conditions do not allow for them. The needs, the tools, and the environment set its own rules. I am sure they do know how to avoid injuries way better than a regular worker from a western country performing his job under a strict safety protocol.

Great job guys! Very hard workers. Just ignore all the comments from the ones that know everything about everything. They have nothing better to do in their sad lives 😞. Great video!

Почему бы не сделать себе навес, было бы комфортнее в тени работать, а не под солнцем, хотя может оно в качестве освещения? Минимализм в оснащении чувствуется во всем, от рабочей одежды до оборудования. Не знаю насколько этих людей хватит работать в таких условиях...

Просто там нет кастовой системы, может за такую работу в Индии только местный пролетариат и хватается, чтобы выжить...

Тот самый случай, когда тридцать землекопов заменяют экскаватор. В грязище, почти босиком, без рукавиц, пердячим паром за нищенскую зарплату. Индия великая страна, но кастовая, имеет огромные человеческие ресурсы, готовых работать за гроши и очень грязная, поэтому развиваться она будет сильно и быстро, но до культуры производства, чистоты и автоматизации очень у них всегда будет очень далеко - у них люди дешевле роботов и девать их некуда.

Один вопрос...откуда у этих ребят такие мощности по электричеству...

ну между делом у них две АЭС есть из 5 блоков и еще Китайцы им строят одну. Правда это всего 6% от мощностей, 24 % это ГЭС и 63 % энергетики от ТЭС , ну и 5 % всякие побочки типа сэс и ветряков.

@@dr.volver так они и ВЕЩИ рукоделят такие что нам и не снились😁 Попробуй в России найти добровольцев которые поршня из металлолома будут лить и карданные валы "на коленке" ковать, а потом попробуй такую продукцию куда то впарить... Не прокатит. А эти вот такими упрощенными в ноль технологиями целые танкеры из хлама ваяют..

No weld preparation, welding in the dirt, not cleaning slag off welds before passing over, etc... No pressure testing, weld x-rays, etc.... All things done to ensure safety. When this tank leaks and catches fire, exploding killing and maiming hundreds of people, what excuses will be used. We had to be certified to weld in the defence, petrochemical and gas industry's and all subject to strict quality control. I'm just amazed that countries do not regulate the building of such potential hazardous equipment.

@@jktechnology786 So everyone praising their shoddy work is fine, that is sycophantic. I spent my life as a mechanical engineer, working positively. If they can't check what material they use and making really atrocious unsafe items, will you still say I judged them harshly when they maim or kill someone ? Many of the things I helped make and tested were man carrying devices, emergency mine lifts, window cleaner cradles, etc one bad piece can be disastrous. I suggest you don't judge others just because they might hurt someone's feelings, better that than to harm innocent people.

A very poorly done job. Every weld was done in the wrong way (welding from top to bottom - which makes the weld bad and weak). Welding is done over impurities. There is no finish, no painting inside, workers do not have protective equipment, the "ladder" on the reservoir is welded without measuring... very bad and messy

There is another group of hard-working guys keeping one or more gas or diesel generators working somewhere nearby, selling electricity through a hodge-podge of un-regulated overhead wiring. These people are the ones I want in my community if an apocolypse happens - they make do with or without gloves or safety shoes or hardhats or safety glasses. Of course, this would be a lot more difficult without the steel mill providing raw material, the Toyota pickup for deliveries, the welding apparatus and welding rods and mask, the massive bending rollers, or the economy that says this is a good job, better work to keep it, just watch your feet. Looking at the shoes seen here I can understand why these people remove their shoes before coming inside or taking prayers, a habit they retain even if working for white-collar pay in the US. Also why hitting a person with shoes is a nasty insult.
