I’m 16 and I just cried because of how my nose looks. It’s too big for my face I mean I feel like all people see is my nose and I look crooked because of it. Normally I don’t give a shit about what people think about me but when they bring up the nose thing I always make something up to seem chill but I AM CRYING INSIDE THEY HAVE THESE TINY NOSES AND I DON’T. I WANT TO BE CONFIDENT ABOUT IT BUT I JUST CAN’T AND RHINOPLASTY SEEMS TOO RISKY.

you can do nose exercises to make your nose smaller, many people have seen effects from it. also, you are so beautiful! you look like jennifer aniston who was super beautiful even before her rhinoplasty

I used to think about getting a nose job but tbh now if I did, I feel like I would be only doing it to conform to what society deems as "pretty" in the current moment, & it takes $0 to learn to love the uniqueness of your face. Roman/aqualine noses tended to signify intelligence, beauty, & royalty back in the day, & hey, society wants thick eyebrows now instead of thin, who's to say it won't be the beauty standard tomorrow?

Yes it really worth it. I did mine in 2013 in Seoul, South Korea. It's actually not as painful as I thought it would be, and the result is great.

id totally be done for rhinoplasty but i have to much pride to admit id be succumbing to artificial beauty standards 😬

i started to get bullied for my nose when i was 7/8 years old. i came home one day telling my mom i wanted to die, and again i was 7/8 yrsold. people mistreated me and humiliated me every single day, even now 9 years later. My nose is one of the biggest reasons for my anxiety and depression. i want to do the surgery so bad, but i have no money. no matter who, when or where, people humiliate me, even my friends. the thought of that no one has had romantic feelings for me hurts me even more. i cannot see my future anymore. nothing. i just wonder if it would get cheaper for bullying reasons or something

I feel you. My young days were very similar to yours. I'm 59 yrs old now & I'm finally getting my nose job. I'd suggest u get yours done while ure young. Perhaps you can try get financial assistance from. There are options available & I hope you'll be blessed with someone who's willing to help. I say this only bcos of emotional scaring one could potentially suffer ( like I did) You W I LL overcome this. GOD KNOWS YOU & LOVES YOU. I related the part of "no one has had romantic feelings for me hurts me even more"', I have the same problem, I am almost 21 years old and I never kissed a woman... 1 year ago I used to love I certain girl, she likes my personality very much, but when finally I go on a kind of date with her, I feel a little misconfident and not was too good. But chatting with her don't was that bad according to her, but when I ask her about what she actually think about my physical appearance she tells that: "you are too ugly", since then it's difficult to approach a girl knowing that a girl who likes my personality no like me, imagine a people who don't... My nose is big, like a potato, while I don't have the money to make surgery, I have to accept all of that... I move on, today I have a good physical body, but the nose disturbs me so much yet... I'm not that bad, I think if I don't have that nose would be a game-changer. God Bless us!

update: I got scared/overwhelmed for everything my mind was thinking and my mom told me not to worry haha so we rescheduled my surgery up to next year 😪 because the doctor is super bussy haha but i totally regret not having the surgery :’( I was so scared and I’m through depression atm so I’m very very indecisive :( I’m glad tho because I don’t want to make any big decisions while depressed Even tho now I would have a beautiful nose lol, I decided I’m going to embrasse my “ugly nose” so next year when I have my nosejob I want to feel like I wasn’t embarrased about it, I think I had that feeling of “going to miss my old nose” ‘cause all my life I’ve been so embarrased about it...so now I’m just focusing on loving and accepting myself, and when the appointment comes I will have it to feel better about myself and not to make other people happy....anyways ☺️ conclusion: if you’ve wanted something your whole life and when you are finally getting it you get super scared, don’t listen to it, and do it!! :) you’ll regret if you don’t hahaha 😂

update of the update lmao: i totally love my nose!!! i was so into western beauty that i forgot beautiness is an ilussion....i thank myself for being strong enough to listen to my inner self and not choosing to have the surgery....i still believe it’s big lol but i have this new mind set where external beauty doesn’t even takes place :) i still want a chin augmentation tho HAHA but my nose was okay, it’s okay, makes me feel unique and is actually cute from the front so anyways...whatever you choose to do is okay, there’s no right path

I would like to get nose job, but the stories of needing revisions are just too frequent. This lady need a revision. The doctor talks about people having 7 or 8 revisions. Are all those revisions at full price at about $8,000 a piece? No way I could go through with this surgery more than once, both for recovery reasons and financial reasons. It is just not worth the gamble with revisions being so common.

It is not common is you get a nice surgeon! If you get with someone inexperience to cut prices the chances of revisions increases

You could always have rhino overseas, like I'm only 18 and wont be getting it for a few years if I get one, but I'm looking at dr sunil richardson in india... about £1000, or in places like mexico it's like £2000-3000

@@bakhtiyarkurdi6197 it's risky to go under knife, I used to think that it's like photoshop but just after having one I realized that it changes your face completely and makes your nose more fragile, I had a symmetric nice nose and wanted to make the bones between my eyes slimmer but the result was way different from what I expected and my whole face has changed. Be careful please.

I am in this exact situation. Broke my nose as a kid and parents never bothered to get it fixed for me at the time because the doctor said I could breathe fine :/ Almost 27 now and have lived with a crooked/hooked nose for most of my life. However as I get older it is apparent from past pictures that my nose is getting worse looking somehow, and these past couple years I've really been wanting to get it fixed but am not sure what route to go down. It sucks cos I'd never change anything natural about myself, but in this case my nose is NOT in its natural state and seemingly getting worse so I think it's time to fix it. Are you doing rhinoplasty?

You can go back to the gym after a week? I heard that you have to wait for like at least 3 weeks and still have to wait for at least 4 weeks to do weight training 🤯

I am remote with school right now, would I be able to go back to online learning within a few days of surgery?

I have been wanting a nose job for so long and I've been watching video's on all the risks and complications and makes me worried that if I do get a nose job I don't want them to mess up or leave me with breathing problems. It's a very tough decision to make and I cry just thinking that I am so insecure with my nose but I want to get it done but I know it's not an easy process. The best advice I can give you is to do your research not only on the risks but your doctor too. Make sure you ask a lot of questions. If you live in California I know of a doctor called Dr.Kosins (I have a consultation with him January) and I've heard so many amazing stories of rhinoplasty with him and all his reviews are so outstanding ! So let's see what happens

I have a similar problem too, I like my face as it is but I hate the bump on my nose, however if you undergo any kind of surgery the face will change totally, so I am thinking , is it really worth it ? I mean either or other way people perceive us as beautiful

My nose job changed my life and I could breathe better but you should do your research beforehand . I took 10 years to decide

please be careful, the doctors might have the same degree of qualifications but the standards are simply lower there. you would have more luck going to a place like korea where it's cheaper but the doctors have TONS of experience. if something goes wrong, you'll likely end up getting a revision which is even more expensive

I had my rhinoplasty and septoplasty done in Quito, the total cost of the surgery was around 3000$ and because my insurance covered my septoplasty I only ended up paying 1600$ I found an excellent certified doctor with lots of experience. It is easy to do any procedure in Ecuador because the local money is US dollars and many doctors speak English. I'm extremely happy with my results and more important I can breathe now!!!
