Great job, I’m so happy that it worked out well for her. Having a big nose is a traumatic thing for anyone, it’s almost like being cursed. People who have normal noses just don’t understand. I had a rhinoplasty procedure done, and it didn’t work out so well, it’s actually bigger now than before the procedure. I guess it wasn’t in the cards for me to have a normal nose, I won’t go through another operation..

Nosejob increases " confidence" but the main problems with rhino plasty/ nosejob .. In all cases it always almost completely changes; 1. Physical appearance 2. Voice ( which I value so much , I want it to remain natural) 3. Your natural way of showing facial expressions.

Thanks for your message and comment. Nose job ensures a change in a good way. We have opportunity to witness those great experience everyday. Of course the nose job should be performed with a medical approval. We haven't seen voice change over 10.000 patients, because there is no intervention to voice cords. Regards.

I know this comment was over 2 years ago but no, it will not change your voice or inhibit your way of showing facial expressions in any way, unless something catastrophic goes wrong during surgery like nerve damage etc. which would be extraordinarily rare.

its only been 2 months recovery, usually when people have rhinoplasties or plastic surgery in general, they cant smile too much or it may hurt. also its easier to not smile so you can perfectly see the results of the rhinoplasty. besides, its not like you HAVE to express satisfaction using your smile.
