To know your self and recollect your previous self is totally admirable and inspirational. It’s self authentic and nobody can deny your present state. Ironically I just emailed a plastic surgeon today that preforms FFS, I’m so scared of the pain and recovery.

Not all surgeries are successful. My daughters doctor in Miami gave her a fistula which left her on a colostomy for 13 months, and the outcome was no appreciable depth, or feeling! She is, of course, currently suicidal.

Pam would thank you for letting us know there can be a downside. We need to have a way to evaluate a doctor who is going to do a surgical operation. Any operation can have a problem. I would like better than a 50 percent success rate. Finding the ✅️ right doctor is KEY.

I do feel like a lot of the younger generation we have now maybe a little confused because of all the influence of the LGBTQ community. So happy now compared to my other life.Have wide ranging support on a level I never expected.
