The balance between everyone's personality keeps me entertained, no matter what the topic is 😂

I’ve been a Carly and Erin girly since the beginning, and love Matt but I am REALLY loving Mike’s perspective so far on the pod- especially this episode. He’s super empathetic and has a lot of great advice. Again - love Matt- but the way he responded to the first advice question rubbed me the wrong way. As an outgoing, attractive, famous guy- he would never understand that perspective. Also wish you guys had given more advice than just “get out there” I’m 23 and haven’t had a relationship, or even a fling since highschool. I’ve realized meeting up with strangers from dating apps isn’t for me due to the horrible social anxiety it gives me. I try to look approachable and go out a lot by myself…. But it sounds like the only place you can meet people is bars these days. I don’t have friends that party and go out and I’m not a big fan of it either. Would’ve loved to hear more from Carly because I know she struggles with anxiety and did a lot of dating things later in life than is “normalized”. Love u all and will be a continuous listener 💜

love your input! i love mike on any podcast i ever catch him on. he has such a great energy! i think for people like matt or erin, or anybody else in their world, it can be hard for them to actually know what it’s like to be a regular joe like us. they’re wealthy, they’re insanely beautiful, they’re well connected, they have these extravagant careers that provide them extravagant lives- they will never truly know what it’s like to be an average normal person. i think their ignorance to how 99% of their followers exist contributes to their perceived insensitivity. no hate to any of them, i really like them all! but their disconnect from average looking, middle class people def contributes to their “insensitivity”

Carly made me laugh out loud so many times during this, even just little comments she makes as reactions are so funny

Y’all are so harsh to Mike! It is fine to disagree, but at times it was like you guys jumped down his throat. IMO Carly was the only one who disagreed with his in a respectful manor. Other than that really enjoyable episode!!!

i totally agree! i hope they realize soon that they’re cutting him off a lotttt and back off a little. a 4 person podcast is a different dynamic than a 2 person podcast! there’s more people so you’re going to talk less lol

Carly is so relatable! Every point she brought up was so accurate

honestly this episode put perspective on who erin and carly are. i feel bad for mike and how he was shut down every time. i don’t think everyone needs to agree but everyone should be allowed to have a perspective

and mike is too sweet and too soft spoken to insist on them allowing him to finish his thought when they cut him off! i notice the girls cut people off a lot and on their own pod, erin cuts off carly a lot. i hope they eventually realize they’re all cutting mike off a lot and back off a little bit lol

I personally found myself nodding to what Mike said the most. Thought his perspectives were very wise and insightful and probably the most helpful. Wasn't a lover of how Erin shut down his views a lot! Definitely needs to be worked on.

Yup- When you have a very time-consuming career, are maybe not as conventionally attractive as the Good Influences gang, and don’t live in a place with lots of options then it’s easy for years to go by with no relationship. TBH I think that question was a bad choice as most on the panel are not really capable of answering or relating. 9 years is certainly a long time- but there’s lots of people who experience similar “droughts” or have a hard time making connections. If you’ve selected a question I think you need to commit to giving a thoughtful sensitive answer.

Just what I needed! I need to get up and clean. So this is the motivation I was looking for! Edit to add I’ve deep cleaned and organized 3 rooms! And I’ve dated the same guy for the the past 10 years (in 12 days lol) so I am not much help. But I do believe that people need to be kinder to themselves and take educated risks. Know that rejection can/will happen. But always follow your instincts and go for it. And like Lauren and and Jeremy say ‘if they want to, they will’

I've been single for 6 years, nearly 7 so I fully get what the woman was saying about being single for 9 years. the struggle is real. no one wants to date or be in relationships anymore because they think "there's always something better around the corner" on tinder, only fans etc. Just focus on loving yourself first and then you will attract the same kind of people that are meant to be in your life. Until then, take yourself on dates, learn to love YOU and work on your relationship with No.1 ❤

She constantly cuts off mike and it almost comes off as belittling him. Not everything she says is interesting either. Be respectful and watch them either ignore the comments or address it but they’ll be sarcastic asses, but I get it I use sarcasm too when I can’t admit im wrong

So funny when you guys talked about social media and relationships, my husband doesn't have social media and I would say it was an adjustment I had to get use to. I FOR SURE over analyzed it, but now that I know him it makes sense.
