He definately nailed it right there which is so true you can be doing all the workouts in the world but if you are not eating the proper foods, proper diet its like a Bodybuilder told me its like circling around in mud and your always stuck thats why they say diet is important as much as the workouts lol.

I accept that people exist who are genuinely like "ew cake is gross", but that superhero mentality isn't gonna help the average person who accidently drools a little when they see Tacobell coming out with some new Chalupa, but needs to get healthy. I've always liked Edge I would have to say he was one of my favorite heels in the business. The whole situation with Matt Hardy and Lita was messed up but at the end nobody's perfect and he owned up to what he did because let's face it all of us make mistakes but it doesn't make us bad people. To me Edge is a solid dude.

Edge talking about how you can't "out train a bad diet" reminded me of something someone said about Ric Flair during the 1980s. I don't recall the exact words used, but the person said that if Flair's diet was as disciplined as his daily workout was, he would have had a body as cut as Rick Rude's or Paul Orndorff's. But Flair liked to eat and drink whatever he wanted.

Paying meal prep companies is expensive but the content isn’t really. Eggs, Chicken breast, rice, protein shake, oats, green vegetables are the core of this diet and they’re all pretty inexpensive. If you can’t afford steak, switch it out for some sea bass or salmon which is cheaper with a better higher protein to calorie ratio
