    Encouraging! Thank you. I ate cooked Indian food yesterday, and feel like a Mack Truck ran over me this morning, then I want caffeine to be able to function. 😞 I believe I have all the information I need… but still praying and struggling. You young women (and men) are so amazing! You are so much sooner drawn to The Light! I need to focus on all the changes I’ve made (like I no longer use salad dressings in bottles off the shelf… always make my own for everyone… and if I need it to be creamy, I use raw sesame seeds or raw hemp seeds). I used to love cooking… like I used to make a Winter Greens soup… which had fried beef-pork sausage in it, sautéed onions I think… then shredded kale and collard greens… seemed so nourishing in the dead of winter. Anyway… I’m cooking less and less… still some for my offspring). And we don’t eat meat, dairy, or wheat (to the best of our ability on the last one). Found some flaxseed crackers that say they are air dried at low temperatures, mostly for others to eat… but me, too, instead of chips. I like how both of you look (and ARE) so healthy, but you have different body types… Gillian very slender…, Ms Fit…voluptuous and curvy. 👍🏻 🙏✌🏻

    Raw is the best! My younger daughter has the Down Syndrome and she jas gained health benefits being on partially raw but now with Dr. Goldner's protocol 80%, within 2 months eye prescription went down one number and Dr. Was very happy with her overall eye health, besides better menstruation. Helping my vitiligo too but still seeing new patches because I am not able to follow the protocol fully.

    I've noticed when I eat a lot od raw vegetables then cooked vegetables don't taste that good. But if I continue eating more cooked food then I just want to eat more cooked. Good news is that I can skip my morning coffee with kafein, that could be that my adrenals are working better. I was doing a lot of B.Goldner smoothies which maybe fixed my adrenals. You two look amazing! Always excited to listen to your good vibes! ❤❤

    Just bought the $50 Bundle. Thanks Gillian !!!! I appreciate your content more every day, because it is HELPING me. I like your idea on creating a video on Ripe Fruit (how to buy, store, prepare). I have learned that ripening Mango in the refrigerator is sometimes best. It ripens slower and it is much less likely the seed starts to rot. Vacuum blending is a GAME CHANGER, with thanks to John Kohler for that tip, and also storing in vacuum sealed quart jars when not consumed right away.

    You cook your husband what he wants to eat if he didn't agree to go raw with you ... little by little you can let him try your meals if he'd like but you don't force your diet on him. Kids on the other hand are more adaptable. They eat what you feed them as their caregiver.

    Please please go to a colonic place! I’ve been intrigued for so long but terrified! I suffer with migraines and have heard they can help but then you hear how some places can be sketchy….I would not know what to look for in a good colonic place or even what to ask the practitioner to know if he/she was a good one. If you were able to walk us through not only what to expect, and how to prepare but how to choose a good practitioner, that would be soooo helpful! You gals are super fun to watch together! I’m on my third video with just you two! Keep up the engaging topics and great, encouraging advice!

    Hey Gillian, thank you so much for all of your work. Just wanted to let you know that your videos helped me soo much. I was juicing twice for 10 days and I eat now 90% raw vegan (just some tuna in the salad sometimes), and I feel so much better. I am 34 and I am working in customer service and since 3 years I am struggling with the daily mental negativity and ate to much unhealthy food to cope with it. I didn’t want to change my job, as I always try to be strong. Now I have the feeling since years I am just happy, the job and the negativity is not stressing me anymore and of course I am also loosing some weight.😃 Thank you sooo much ❤❤❤🙏🏾

    Thnx a lot for collaboratively sharing your keen wisdom and experiences! Such an inspiring way to go that will restore the body mind spirit and encourage the environment to abundantly flourish. Quick sidenote, for those who claim plants have defense mechanisms to not be ate, eating fruits and vegetables is a cooperative symbiosis since the consumer spreads the seeds by the design of nature without uprooting the host tree or plant. So, the fruits and vegetables also benefit by nourishing the consumer spreading the host plant or trees fruits/seeds without uprooting the tree. The other aspects of the tree or plant can be ate medicinally and sparingly enough that it can regrow enough for the tree or plant to continue to thrive in abundance, especially when growing in an organic regenerative farm or garden / food forrest environment

    I'm doing a lot of fasting & last week I bought 4 huge long seeded watermelons & only had 2 cooked meals for the whole week!🎉 Now that it's summer, I can " get in the habit" of high raw & hopefully go fully vegan. Something you said REALLY stood out to me & I just have to say that If you had to leave the gym to use the restroom, you need a different gym!!! I pay $ 25 per month for Planet Fitness & that includes a huge restroom, locker & shower areas. Plus I have unlimited access to the hydro massage bed & their red light therapy booth etc & as an added bonus for travelers .... With the $25 plan, you can use ANY Planet Fitness gym in the US. 💜 I haven't been able to work out much due to a concussion, but I'm still going to the gym twice a week for the "lymph moving" hydro massage bed & the Healing red light booth. I've eaten two pineapples now and I've let them ripen so much and sometimes people think they're rotten and even if it smells a little bit ferment it at the bottom it still taste so good and sweet, you just have to make sure it's pretty orange like SpongeBob's pineapple and it smells sweet and you're good to go p.s. I also wait till I can break open the pineapple/poke the pineapple with my fingers because I try to eat all my fruit with just my hands and it usually works out perfectly

I am 64 and struggling with adrenals shut down many years ago, but first with insomnia at 38 years (2000) and symptoms continued and left job in 2009. In 2004 suddenly (was drinking 3 litres water), can't keep water and dealing with frequent, very urgent urination (dehydrated). I was doing so well with dr. Brooke's protocol and have hit a wall (after 4 weeks). Constipation because of dehydration and cannot manage the amount of water I need/have to take. Also, does he do consultations. I am so glad I watched to the end because I started noticing teeth sensitivity whenever I ate dates and you two confirmed my theory! Kinda silly but I didn't realize dates were dried fruit...I thought that was their natural form. Thank you so much. Definitely going to either start brushing my teeth right after eating dates or cut down on my consumption of them. Do you think it's better for teeth to put dates in smoothies because they are blended with more liquid?

    I have been mainly raw for over a year and the last 3 months now completely raw. I have struggled to keep my weight up but have recently maintained my weight a bit which is an improvement even though I would like to gain a bit more, but my main struggle is my skin and nails. My nails are dried and cracked and brittle. Also, I have lots of brown spots and super dry skin wrinkly skin and am struggling with it. I feel they are getting worse not better. My hair fell out after I did a week juice fast last year. It has started growing back, but I have to watch it closely sometimes it seems like it is shedding too much. What advice do you have for me with my hair skin and nails? I appreciate your wisdom and experience.

  • @takecareofyourself8467

    @takecareofyourself8467

    I know I am not Gillian or MsFitVegan, but I would like to reply to you. The brown spots and the wrinkly skin have a lot to do with your liver. Brown spots (liver spots) are methylated Metals. Hair can fall out when the body detoxes to heavy and when the adrenals are very taxed and stressed. Also stressed and tired adrenals can make you age a lot quicker. Brittle nails are due to dehydration and zinc deficiency. I don’t know if you have heard of Medical Medium, but his Liver book and cleanse to heal book would be a game changer for you. And as he also recommends raw foods, you could still stay raw if you want. You can also find the books in libraries so you can peek inside if it calls to you ☺️ Wish you all the best! You got this!! 🍀

    Hey I am so sorry you have had these negatives!! I was lucky and did not experience much of that when I went raw...but from what I hear with a lot of other people it seems super common for things to get worse before they get better.....esp after decades of eating like crap........but listen to your body too! do what feels right to you!!:

    yes protein is in all plants and their food for us. because every living plant in its structure has protein carb and fat... the fat is for you lymphatic system.. did you know its not actually protein we need, protein is like the bag. when you consume it, as it enters the stomach, the hydrochloric acid in your stomach actually breaks into the bag to retrieve the amino acids. its actually the aminos we need and not the bag called protein.. I actually dehydrate fruits like strawberries, kiwi and make a powder, this powder, 1 teaspoon is 1 punnet of strawberries, I can sprinkle it on fresh fruit for more nutrients or I can add a teaspoon into blended fruits or in coconut water for a extra boost. my dehydrator doesnt go over 90 degrees, this temperature is important, it doesnt hurt the enzymes or nutrients.. and if im going out, I put my dehydrated powder in a small container and when I get to where im going, if im hungry, I just add my powder to my water.. its something I don't use every week but it is nice especially when im in detox and in a healing crisis and bed ridden for a few days, this keeps me hydrated because I cant stomach just water... I dunno, just water doesnt seem to want to go down, yes its filtered as I don't touch tap water.. ( my choice plus in australia, our water has been compromised). ive noticed that I cannot eat by the clock, I consume fruit every 2 hours to keep hydrated and my cut off time is 6pm the latest, if I miss this time, well I just pray and I fast till the morning.. I cant eat big meals, my stomach cant handle big amounts so eating every 2 hours works for me, remember, im just eating fruit too. I can eat a punnet of strawberries, wait 2 hours then eat grapes or oranges, so im getting a mix of fruits, I also use blended watermelon for my water intake..I also don't eat just one apple, I eat 2-3 or however many till im full.. I never mix fruit and vegetables because I follow the food combinations rather than the food pyramid.. ( did you know it wasn't scientist that come up with the food pyramid, it was actually the agricultural people, which makes sense. ( I heard this on a Jordan Peterson video I watched the other day. ) and I never juice my fruit because its a package and you need the fibre.. hubby and I went to a health retreat in 2016, we had the bowels cleaned out only twice and we can no longer hold the poop, we get one warning then its ready to eliminate, never again.. I prefer to flood my system with oranges to clean me out now.. I don't know what happened but I wish now I ever did the colonic.. they used coffee to stimulate the liver and bowels.. just my experience.. avocados are great to support the lymphatic system, especially in detox because the lymphatic system is lipid based and this fat actually helps the Lymphatic system.. especially with helping Inflammation.. with the teeth, fruit is actually alkaline, people get cavities because meat gets stuck and its acidic and causes tooth decay, but yes brush after every meal.. I love this interview. ✨🌸🍉

Whenever I eat, I feel like the food is coming up my throat. I have done some research And I have come up with low acid in my stomach. I hate taking pills. I’ve been trying to get all my nutrition from fruits and vegetables. I don’t take any vitamins. I’m afraid to go on a juice cleanse because it’s so drastic. I need someone to help me and I’m afraid to go to doctors they just want to do more tests. Anyone who can help me I would appreciate it.
